Dylan Sprouse was involved in a late-night incident at his Los Angeles home with wife Barbara Palvin after a man allegedly entered their property without permission.
According to reports published by the LA Times and TMZ, this incident happened around 12:30 am at their 1920s Spanish architectural house on Apr. 17.
Authorities were called after Barbara Palvin reported a possible break-in attempt, describing the individual as a “creepy guy.”

Per the outlets, Dylan Sprouse faced the suspect outside his home and kept him at gunpoint until police arrived.
No injuries were reported during the incident. Police activity took place outside a fenced area marked with a warning sign indicating private property and restricted access. Officers also took the suspect into custody after confirming outstanding warrants.
Later, TMZ published footage of the man’s arrest, handcuffed near a patrol car outside the property line.

Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin, according to reports, didn’t request prosecution for trespassing charges, though law enforcement continued with standard procedures due to the suspect’s existing legal issues.
As of writing, the couple has yet to comment on the incident.
Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin: A glimpse into their marriage
Meanwhile, Dylan Sprouse met Barbara Palvin for the first time during a party in 2017 after the The Suite Life on Deck star slid into her DMs.
They began dating in 2018, and made their Instagram debut as a couple after she uploaded a picture of herself with Dylan celebrating his birthday.
In 2019, the duo began living together in an apartment in Brooklyn, New York.
In 2022, Dylan and Barbara got engaged, although they didn’t reveal it until July the following year. They tied the knot in Hungary, the model’s homeland, in 2023.
“We didn’t necessarily feel the need to be fully transparent with the public about that aspect of our engagement.”
Barbara then commented:
“We just want to do it on our time.”
Over the years, the pair has often shared insights about their relationship. In February 2025, the couple shared with People what makes their marriage strong.
“When I travel, he’s there with me and we’re not away from each other. When he’s on set, I try to visit him. We have this rule that we’re not supposed to be away from each other longer than two, three weeks.”
According to Dylan, film sets can get “boring.” That is why he always feels guilty whenever she waits for him.
“It’s definitely easier, but also, the funny thing is, the kind of big secret about the acting industry that being on set’s actually really boring, so I always kind of feel bad. I’m always like, I hope she’s having fun.”
