Harry Styles has been walking from Brooklyn to 30 Rockefeller Plaza for his SNL rehearsals. This walk, a distance of 5 miles, has triggered speculation among fans, with many taking to social media to do said speculation:
“That’s either dedication… or he’s secretly training for a marathon.”
Other netizens had different questions, with some asking why he was doing so. Netizens also wondered why it was so noteworthy for the singer to walk the whole route. One netizen wondered:

The speculation that Harry Styles is preparing for a marathon likely stems from the fact that Styles has previously run in two marathons, one in Berlin in September 2025 and the other in Tokyo in March 2025.
There is widespread speculation that Harry Styles could run another marathon this year and there has been some speculation recently that he has been training for the Boston or London Marathon.
Harry Styles has also previously said that he finds running meditative, stating in an interview with The Bru Show:
“I think the relationship between that almost spiritual aspect that music can have, when you’re dancing and you get into this meditative place, I think there is a lot of synergy there between how you can feel when you’re running sometimes.”
Harry Styles will host and perform the upcoming SNL episode on March 14, 2026, at 11:30 p.m. EST. Harry Styles’s upcoming SNL performance will be his second appearance on the show, with his first having been in 2019. The episode will be broadcast live on Peacock, as well as DirecTV, Fubo and Sling.

Styles’s upcoming appearance on SNL comes after the release of his latest studio album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, on March 6, 2026. Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally., his fourth album, was released via Erksine Records and Columbia Records. It has already charted at the top spot on multiple album charts. The album features a collaboration with Ellie Rowsell and the House Gospel Choir.
The singer of One Direction fame is set to support his album with the Together Together tour, which he is scheduled to start with a show at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam on May 16, 2026. The tour is currently scheduled to last till December 2026, with shows in Amsterdam, England, Brazil, Mexico and the US, and then Australia in December. The final shows are in Australia, at the Accor Stadium in Sydney, New South Wales.
