Days of our Lives heads into the Fourth of July with danger, intrigue, and a desperate need to save lives while keeping secrets dead and buried. According to the latest video spoilers preview for the week of June 29 to July 3, 2026, whatever is on Smith Island is causing much more trouble than anyone imagined.
Sarah Wants to Promise
As Holly (Ashley Puzemis) wonders what is really wrong with her, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) doesn’t want to reassure her that she will be fine when she can’t be sure of it herself. She is desperate to learn how the Coriseal got in Holly’s bloodstream, so Brady (Eric Martsolf) sets out to Smith Island for his first Black Patch case.
Brady decides to test the water there, while someone lurks outside the cabin waiting to pounce. Back in Salem, Johnny (Carson Boatman) sneaks into Sarah’s office to do something cagey. Has he really agreed to do his father’s dirty work or is something else going on?
Lexie’s Dilemma
Salem celebrates Independence Day in Horton Town Square this week as Abe (James Reynolds) and Lexie (Nikki Crawford) sit and watch the fireworks. Abe wishes for many more nights like this to come, while Lexie looks like she wants to confess all but can’t.
Lexie knows in her heart that there won’t be many more nights or years like this to come because the drug is wearing off and she could be dead again within weeks. How can she tell her family this? It would devastate Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) and Abe to learn the truth.
Moving On
The Fourth of July also brings on romantic fireworks in Salem as Jada (Elia Cantu) and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) give into their feelings for one another and end up in bed. They have been dancing around this attraction for way too long and since they live together for the moment, they may as well share a bed, right?
Belle (Martha Madison) and Chad (Conner Floyd) also share some more kisses under the fireworks as Belle and Shawn each enter a new chapter in their lives, while also remaining friends.
