Y&R Weekly Spoilers June 22

Beloved heroine Nikki Newman is taking center stage on The Young and the Restless next week as Nikki’s health takes a turn for the worse. Also, the week of Monday, June 22, to Friday, June 26, 2026, watch for the search for Diane to heat up, while Stephanie recruits Nate for a secret project!

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has been going through a lot these last several months. Her husband, Victor (Eric Braeden), kicked her out of their home, and Nikki was fraught with worry over the threat of Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), and her son, Nicholas’s (Joshua Morrow), dependency on pain pills.

Next week, watch for Nikki to hide the truth from Victor. This isn’t the first time that she’s kept her medical condition from him, but she did that when she was facing serious back surgery. At the time, she was wed to Jack (Peter Bergman) — not Victor.

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is going to want to help her mother as much as possible. She’s seen her parents fight and make up with each other numerous times. It won’t be surprising next week to see Vicki urge Nikki to come clean with Victor about her condition. By the end of the week, watch for Victor to learn something very surprising about his estranged wife.

Watch for Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) to recruit Nate (Sean Dominic) for a special project. The two have talked in the past about Nate’s time as a doctor. Might he be exploring a return to medicine? And who might benefit from Nate donning a white doctor’s coat once again?

Perhaps Nate will be drawn into Nikki’s medical drama story. Who better than Nate to give Nikki medical aid when she needs it the most? If Nate were to play a role in making Nikki well, Victoria’s deep gratitude towards him could further their romantic relationship.

Finding Diane

Diane (Susan Walters) is still missing, and Jack’s plan to bring Patty (Stacy Haiduk) back into the fold may not be enough to locate his missing wife, especially as Patty may be catching on to Jack’s duplicity.

Next week, watch for Patty to threaten Jack. Also, Kyle (Michael Mealor) is going to lead a chase to find his missing mom. By week’s end, Kyle and Jack are going to have to take a big risk with Patty. Will it pay off with Diane’s safe return? Or will father and son end up putting her in even more jeopardy?
