This week’s General Hospital spoilers sneak peek video for April 13 to 17, 2026, is jam-packed with shocking moments. Nina is about to have one heck of a surprising week as she learns what has been going on around her, but that’s not all that’s in store in Port Charles.
What to expect on General Hospital

Nina (Cynthia Watros) is just trying to make sure that traffic cam footage doesn’t resurface, so she is playing all angles. She is not about to let Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) go down for a crime, even if she did commit that crime. But she is also about to learn that Willow committed another crime.
When Willow tells her mother that Drew (Cameron Mathison) didn’t actually have a stroke, Nina braces herself for what her daughter is about to tell her. Nina will be stunned, but that doesn’t look like her only shock for the week.
Nina is also trying to work the Carly (Laura Wright) angle to keep Jack (Chris McKenna) off her back. She is no closer to knowing where Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is than she was months ago. Well, until she opens her front door and finds her ex-husband by the terrace doors with a drink in his hand. Valentin comes and goes like the wind, but will he return to Carly’s attic when he is threw with Nina?
Junior mobster

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) isn’t happy to see Ric (Rick Hearst) at her front door and is even less happy when she learns why he is there. Ric has been forced to deliver the news that Danny (Asher Antonynzyn) wants to follow in his father’s footsteps and join the mob. All Alexis can do is fall backwards in her chair and wonder if her teenage grandson will be the death of her.
What trouble will Danny get himself into this week as he tries to be a normal teenager at the batting range while his father is in an international prison? Last week, the trouble was a car accident with Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) that Alexis doesn’t even know about yet.
Lulu’s big week

Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) is doing better and able to sit up and talk now, so Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) decides it’s time that they have a chat. Cullum is well aware that Jason didn’t shoot him since he was staring right at Jason (Steve Burton) and was shot in the back. He asks Britt if she has any idea who shot him, since they both know that Jason didn’t pull the trigger.
Meanwhile, Lulu (Alexa Havins) once again returns to the scene of the crime to piece together what happened. That is where she runs into someone she hasn’t seen in a very long time. On Friday, Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) is scheduled to return to town. It looks like Lulu is about to reunite with her brother.
