The General Hospital spoilers sneak peek video for Thursday, April 23, 2026, teases a big day in and out of Port Charles as Willow embarks on another plot and Emma and Gio embark on a fun day in the Big Apple.
Coming up on General Hospital
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) knows that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) is in possession of a very damaging piece of evidence that can ruin her life. If that traffic cam footage ever surfaced, she could lose her position as a congresswoman and her children. And she is not about to lose Wiley and Amelia again.
To that end, she invites Jack to her Port Charles congressional office to see how they can help one another. Will Willow reveal that she is aware that Jack is blackmailing her mother over Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart)? Does she have another way for him to find Valentin or does she have something else in mind?
Willow’s devious little mind can often be creative, so it will be interesting to see what she comes up with. Jack certainly looks both amused and intrigued.
Meanwhile, Drew (Cameron Mathison) remains perched in his wheelchair in the living room when Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) visits. When he blinks away, will she figure out what he is trying to say?
Ethan makes the Port Charles rounds
Tracy (Jane Elliot) is thrilled to see that her stepson, Ethan (Nathan Dean), is back in Port Charles. The two meet for breakfast at the Metro Court, where Tracy asks way too many questions. Ethan warns her not to ask questions that she may not like the answers to. That only serves to make Tracy more suspicious about why he is back in town.
Ric (Rick Hearst) is also suspicious of Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) new hire, so he wants to know more about him. So, Ric visits Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and asks her what she knows about Ethan Lovett. Alexis knows a lot, since Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Ethan were once close. Will she tell Ric anything to appease his fears or will he leave her office more worried than ever?
And does Ethan have anything to do with Sidwell (Carlo Rota)? After all, his mother was once involved with the man. Maybe he should walk over to the next table at the Metro Court, where Sidwell is dining with Ava (Maura West).
Emma and Gio’s big Broadway day
Emma (Braedyn Bruner) and Gio (Giovanni Mazza) arrive in Manhattan, so New York City native Gio can give his girlfriend a grand tour. They take in the sights and sounds of Times Square before their big night backstage at the Broadway musical Aladdin. Will their story advance or is this all just for some light-hearted fun?
