Will Reckless Ben post part 3 of his Bricks & Minifigs series? YouTuber shares new message amid ongoing lawsuit

No, Reckless Ben will not be posting part 3 of his series covering the Bricks and Minifigs allegations. The American retail franchise Bricks & Minifigs have been involved in a legal dispute with Ben after he covered the ownership of a Lego Star Wars collection estimated to be worth about US$200k on his YouTube channel.

Ben in a new video revealed that while episode 3 of the investigation series is ready to post, he can’t post it cause he will go to jail if he does,

“I can’t post it, I’ll go to jail. And not only that I will also immediately lose my lawsuit of $300,000 and the GoFundMe we made for Bryan will go straight to this mystery company that I am no longer allowed to talk about.”

Ben added,

“They sent court papers to my email which I guess the judge approved for them that this was a valid form of service. And so now that I am officially served I cannot even mention this company or I will be in jail.”

Reckless Ben shared that he didn’t get the chance to tell the court his side.

More about Reckless Ben’s dispute with Bricks & Misfigs

In May, 2026, Benjamin Paul Schneider also known as Reckless Ben began publishing investigation videos about Bricks & Misfigs after he learned of a dispute involving an elderly LEGO collector named Ed Mansell.

As per the claims highlighted in Ben’s videos, Mansell had consigned a massive collection of Star Wars LEGO sets which were estimated to be worth around $200k to a Bricks & Misfigs franchise in Oregon.

The Oregon store had accepted the promoted the collection and changed ownership in November, 2024. Mansell’s son, Bryan had claimed that the new operators had refused to return the unsold LEGO sets or honor the consignment agreement. The case gained momentum as Ben found out that the former owners of the Oregon store, Chrystal Law-Gorman and Benjamin Gorman had also accused the corporation of improperly taking control of their franchise.

As the case developed, Reckless Ben began producing content to raise awareness of the dispute. Ben organized publicity stunts, launched lottery-style raffles, and even created a mock competitor called “We Steal From Old People.”

Ben also launched a GoFundMe campaign for Bryan Mansell which reportedly raised $445,000 by early June 2026. As per Ben, the funds would be put in a legal trust to help Bryan.

Most recently, Ben has recieved a gag order preventing him from publicly discussing the company.
