NFL star Geno Smith is facing abuse allegations from his ex-girlfriend, Kristen Stubbs, who goes by @everythingkrisxo on Instagram. She uploaded a video of the New York Jets quarterback on her Stories and accused him of:
“Today is the DAY! GENO SMITH beat my a** cause he HATES taking care of his special needs kid and can’t be left alone with him because he’d rather watch s*x online and play Call of Duty,” the woman wrote in the caption.
Smith, 35, was seen entering his house from the garage while the woman could be heard having an outburst. She yelled behind the camera:
“Geno just beat my a**, that’s why. I came in there. I put Seven down and I left. You ran outside and attacked me, b*tch… You broke my laptop… f**k you!”
Geno’s only child, Seven Santana Smith, was born in July 2019. He announced the birth via a tweet at the time, calling it the “greatest day of my life.” The son was named after his jersey number.
Geno Smith has been married to his college sweetheart, Haley Eastham, since July 2015. She is currently the Litigation Senior Managing Associate at Dentons US LLP.
Geno Smith, whose real name is Eugene Cyril Smith III, was heard telling someone over the phone, “She just called the police.”
In a follow-up IG Story, Kristen Stubbs also recorded and uploaded a clip of Geno talking to authorities. However, according to Heavy.com, there are no confirmed reports about the alleged incident and the QB has yet to respond to the allegations.
Additionally, no police complaint, arrest record, criminal charges, or official statements have been issued.

Somewhere during 2009 and 2012, Geno Smith crossed paths with Haley Eastham while studying at and playing for West Virginia University. During one of his off-seasons in the summer of 2015, they tied the knot and have been together ever since. Their son, Seven Santana Smith, was born in July 2019.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Eastham earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. There, she was also a Dean’s Scholar and an advocate for the Children’s Rights Group. Five years later, she obtained her Juris Doctor (cum laude) at Boston College Law School.
During her early college days, Haley was a sales team leader at the University Directories. For six months in 2015, she served as a business analyst at JCPenney in Texas.
Geno Smith’s wife began her legal career as a summer law clerk at Keches Law Group, PC, in Milton, Massachusetts, before becoming a summer associate at Nutter in Boston. Eastham was also a judicial extern at the Dorchester Division of the Boston Municipal Court. She worked as a student attorney in 2018 as part of the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Project.
For nearly a year, Haley returned to Nutter to work as a Litigation Junior Associate. She earned a promotion as a Patent Litigation Associate at Caldwell Cassady & Curry PC in Dallas, Texas, from October 2020 to March 2022.
Haley Eastham joined her current employer over four and a half years ago as a Litigation Associate. She was soon promoted to Litigation Managing Associate before becoming a senior in February 2026.
Past scandals surrounding Geno Smith
A woman named Jackie Presley, claimed in 2014 that Geno Smith was flying her and other women across the country to his residences while having a girlfriend. The Atlanta native claimed that the veteran QB invited her and other women to spend the night with him, triggering a scandal online.
At the time, Presley claimed:
“My Instagram/Twitter name is @1jackiepresley. I am currently involved with NY NFL quarterback Geno Smith. I want you guys to tell my story on your blog. I recently found out that he has a girlfriend & he has been flying me out to cities to see him & never told me. I don’t want to be anonymous. He is an a**hole. He meets women off the Internet & tells them to come to whatever city he is in or to his house & he has a damn girlfriend. Smh.”
The woman claimed how Smith first entered her IG DMs, before taking her contact details, FaceTiming her, and finally inviting her to spend the night with him on multiple occasions, without revealing he had a girlfriend all this time. She added:
“I finally found out he had a girlfriend after snooping around on his close friend page. And he didn’t officially tell me he had a girlfriend until we fell out recently. So, he is an a**hole, who has a girlfriend but literally BLOWING me up to come see him. And we had unprotected s*x. Smh, but he never mentioned a girlfriend, not once! These athletes are disgusting & cheaters. I blame myself too! He deleted his Instagram page because of me. He even offered to pay me not to talk, but I don’t want his money now.”
Back then, Geno Smith was seemingly dating Kristen Stubbs, who was his high school sweetheart from Miramar High School in Florida. Stubbs is an event planner and designer who has founded her own company, Concepts by Kris. She was his personal assistant during his early NFL days with the NY Jets.
Earlier this year, Geno Smith was traded by the Los Angeles Raiders to the New York Jets. In this regard, he told NFL Network recently:
“Complete full circle moment back to where it all began. I’m excited to connect with my new teammates and coaches and everyone in the building, as well as build a new relationship with the fan base and community.”
Haley Eastham has yet to respond to Kristen Stubbs’ recent allegations against her husband.
