I submitted for the job via Casting Networks and I got casted. It was a 12 hour shoot. Very low pay, non union job. I met David’s whole family. His whole family was there because he was a minor at the time.”
The actress continued, stating that the rapper had been 17 at the time of the video shoot, and thus, as a minor, he was required to have a legal guardian present. Cassidy Clarke distances herself from D4vd
After clarifying how she came to appear on the video with D4vd, Cassidy Clarke said that she was making the video because of the messages she had been receiving from people, asking if she knew anything about the matter.
She stated that she did not associate with the rapper and distanced herself from him, stating that she was an actor and had only done the music video for a job:
“I do not associate with David by any means. I’m an actor. I literally have nothing to do with him. I did it for a job. I did it for a check. I didn’t know who David was. I don’t follow him on Instagram anymore. I’m gonna remove him as a follower. And I think that he deserves even more than what’s happening to him right now. He’s a monster and I do not associate with him by any means.”
The actress and influencer ended the video by reiterating that she was not associated with D4vd and expressing the feeling of justice towards Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
