Fans of Dating Alys Perez must be eagerly waiting for Rabin Angeles and Angela Muji’s return to their screens, as the pair stole hearts in Seducing Drake Palma. Now, this upcoming series will serve as the sequel to the show, just like the Wattpad novel.
While Angeles and Muji are confirmed to return as the main cast, there has been a major change with the second lead. Actor Zeke Polina has now taken over the role of Tripp Marco Palma in Dating Alys Perez, replacing Dylan Menor.
Polina has already built a strong fanbase through his role as Supremo (Ace Craige) in Hell University, which is nearing its conclusion. And for fans who thought they would miss Zeke once the ongoing series ends, they will soon get to see him again in Seducing Drake Palma Season 2.
The new chapter will follow Alys moving on from her chaotic high school life which was packed with fake dating, heartbreaks and emotional struggles. She will continue a stable relationship with Tripp until Drake returns to her life and tries to win her back.

Zeke Polina takes over the role of Tripp Marco Palma in Dating Alys Perez
Zeke Polina will be the new Tripp in Dating Alys Perez, the sequel of Viva One’s hit Wattpad series, Seducing Drake Palma. As seen in Season 1, Tripp is Drake’s cousin who is always looked down on by his father for not being as smart and intelligent as Drake.
Unlike Drake, Tripp likes photography and other activities and that’s why his father is always trying to keep him away from music. Despite constant challenges, Tripp remains calm and tries to prove his worth.
At the same time, he is one of Alys’s biggest love interests in the story. Tripp is funny, calm, dependable and emotionally mature, which makes him stand out against mysterious and complex characters like Drake.
This role was previously played by Dylan Menor, who’s currently playing the lead in Project Loki. But now, Polina will be the new second lead in Dating Alys Perez and fans of Viva One series seems quite excited for his new role.
Zeke Polina is currently playing Ace Craige in Hell University, in which his character is charming yet cold. But when it comes to the girl he likes (Zein Shion), Supremo becomes quite caring.
This means that Polina will play a whole new character in the upcoming series, and fans will get to see more of his acting skills. This time, he will play the mature and dependable Tripp Palma, who fell in love with Alys at first sight.
