The Young and the Restless heroine, Nikki Newman, has been touching her head in discomfort for more than a few episodes now. People have noticed it, but nobody is doing anything about it! Spoilers indicate might be changing on Thursday, June 18, 2026, as Victoria worries about Nikki’s health!
Through the Eyes of a Daughter’s Love
Vicki (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) have always shared a close bond. Nikki’s been able to fend off concerns from others, and somehow she made it to the top of the stairs (we presume) last week when she had trouble climbing the staircase at the GCAC.
On Thursday’s episode, watch for Victoria to worry about Nikki’s health. Vicki isn’t one to let family members get away with fibbing about their medical status. She told her brother, Nicholas (Joshua Morrow), who is battling addiction, that he was good at lying to family members about his addiction. If there’s anyone who is going to see through Nikki’s fibbing about her health, it’s going to be her daughter!
The Long Arm of the Law
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is taking quite a gamble with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). He’s letting the man who raped his daughter-in-law, Sharon (Sharon Case), and framed his son, Nicholas, for murder, reside on the Newman Ranch. Mind you, those are just the crimes Matt committed in the 1990s!
The bad guy, who claims to be reformed after temporarily losing his memory, and the new and improved Matt, who feels horrible about his past is now of use to Victor. The mogul wants to use Matt to keep an eye on Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).
Cane has been offered by Lily (Christel Khalil) the chance to run Chancellor Industries. Cane and Lily are on a path to getting back together. This is what Cane has always wanted!
Watch for Victor to lay down the law with Matt Clark. He’s given Matt a second chance because he helped save Nick’s life. If Matt blows it, he’s going to find out the hard way what it means to cross Victor!
Phyllis Strikes
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Cane were once thick as thieves, literally, if you consider using an Artificial Intelligence program to steal someone else’s company as an illegal act.
They had a big falling out after Phyllis outsmarted Cane, drugged him, and used the AI program for her own means. But there’s unfinished business between them. Watch for Cane to hit Phyllis where it hurts.
What is Cane most vulnerable to? Let’s start with Lily (Christel Kahlil). He cares about her deeply, and they’re on their way to getting back together for the first time in numerous years. Cane is also vulnerable where his kids, Mattie and Charlie, are concerned. But is Phyllis the type to go after someone’s family when she knows what it’s like to be alienated from her own children?
