After the group of upgraded High Tech Buzz Lightyears flies away, they realize their purpose. They understand that bringing happiness to children is their goal. As a result, in the post-credit scene, it is revealed that the high-tech Buzz Lightyears begin to fall into the hands of children that are lonely. Their arrival brings the children joy, which fulfills their goal.

Jessie wants to make sure that Lilypad understands how things work around there, so she decides to confront Lilypad. However, the confrontation soon turns into a hilarious rap song. After Jessie arrives to speak to Lilypad about Bonnie not being able to make any friends, Lilypad pretends not to listen.

When Jessie gets angry, Lilypad tells her that she always listens to everything and promptly begins to replay the things that Jessie said to her first in English and then in Spanish. She then uses the words and turns them into a catchy rap song to which the toys begin dancing.

Taylor Swift’s contribution at the end of this movie also becomes a heartwarming addition to the movie. She wrote the end-credit song for the movie right after returning home after she watched the movie. It only took Taylor Swift eight hours to write and record “I Knew It, I Knew You”. Taylor Swift noted that she always “dreamed” of writing for these characters, as she had adored these characters since she was just 5 years old, when she watched the first Toy Story movie.

Swift’s song has become a heartwarming addition to the story of this movie and perfectly captures the heart of the franchise.
