The documentary will also have the rehearsals that the band had during the tour, along with the backstage and onstage footage. The trailer of the documentary is already out. The trailer starts with a huge audience enjoying the concert along with Noel Gallagher of Oasis, pondering about seeing himself on stage with Liam.

Besides the thrilling depiction of the stage performances, it can be expected that Don’t Look Back in Anger is also going to bring forth a nuanced emotional note through Liam and Noel’s presence. The Oasis Live tour started in July 2025 and continued for months before the final show in São Paulo, Brazil, in November 2025. The tour started at Cardiff, Wales, and undeniably became a breathtaking experience for the fans.

The trailer also shows snippets of the band practicing when Liam notes that the way “it finished” is “unaceptable”. At the end of the trailer of the documentary, Liam’s words about it raise the anticipation of the viewers. He notes that it is going to be “chaos”. The documentary is set to drop in IMAX format as well. However, the IMAX format will be in very select venues, so viewers need to remain alert.

It must also be noted that for those who will not be able to watch the documentary in theaters, they can also stream the documentary on Disney+ and Hulu. The documentary will drop on streaming platforms later this year. The reunion tour happened 16 years after they last performed together. Don’t Look Back in Anger is produced, directed, and written by the very talented Steven Knight. Dylan Southern is the co-director of the documentary.

Disney, Sony Music Vision, and Magna Studios are partners in producing the documentary. According to Steven Knight, Don’t Look Back in Anger is not just a “ticket” to the show but also a “backstage pass”.

It is also a “seat at the table” during the moment when Liam and Noel “sit down together for the first time in 15 years” unveiling the details of “how it is and how it was”. It cannot be denied that the Oasis world tour “united generations, cultures and countries” and spoke about “reconciliation” just as Knight notes.
