During the conversation, the Spice Girls singer opened up about her romance with now-husband, Chris Dingwall. Mel C revealed that while she was in London, she matched Chris on the dating app Raya, who was in Sydney at the time. Recalling the moment, Mel C said:
“Nobody knows this, but we actually met on Raya. I don’t know how much to divulge, but I was in a relationship previously. You get to this point, and it’s usually on a drunken night out with female friends, and it’s like, ‘You gotta get back out there. You gotta start dating,’ so that’s when the Raya thingy, the profile, was set up. And I’m like, ‘Well, he’s absolutely not under my feet. But I did have a DJ tour planned, and I thought, ‘Well, he’s really cute. This is worth pursuing.'”
