Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, March 20, 2026, tease a tense day in Salem as shooting victims deal with some dangerous and sticky situations.
What to expect on Days of our Lives
All Shawn (Brandon Beemer) wanted was a good St. Patrick’s Day meal at The Brady Pub and all JJ (Casey Moss) wanted was to find his missing credit card. They didn’t expect to end up in a shootout in the park, but now one man seems dead and another is seriously wounded.
JJ does his best to tend to Shawn, who appears to survive. Spoilers say that Shawn presses JJ for the truth. Does JJ not want to tell Shawn that he killed a man? Both Shawn and JJ had traumatic experiences the last time they both discharged their respective weapons. Shawn shot Bo (Peter Reckell) and put his father in a coma for several years. JJ shot Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) and nearly ended his friend’s life when he mistook him for a burglar because he was wearing a hoodie.
Meanwhile, Arianna (Marissa Reyes) tends to a wounded Liam (Hank Northrop). It looks like he only has a flesh wound and is able to run around town just fine, but that still doesn’t mean he doesn’t need someone to take care of him and help him. Will Liam allow Ari to take him to the hospital or will she find a safe place to perform some first aid magic? It’s a good thing she lives in the dorm alone now…
Sophia’s big plan
Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) might be in Bayview, but that doesn’t mean she can’t ruin Holly’s (Ashley Puzemis) life from afar. In fact, she is doing just that via Rachel (Lorelei Mote). She has a reluctant partner in crime on the outside who is willing to do Sophia’s dirty work. After all, she doesn’t want Sophia to tell Brady (Eric Martsolf) that she was the one to take the money from his wallet so Sophia could buy a phone.
As Holly spins more out of control, having no idea why, she once again confides in her Aunt Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). Holly is terrified that there is something very wrong with her, and she doesn’t know how to fix it. Will Sarah suggest running some blood tests to see if there is a true medical reason for the way Holly has been feeling and acting?
She might want to test those skincare supplements that Holly has been taking, including the new batch that Rachel has for her. Rachel tells Tate (Leo Howard) to give them to Holly as a gift, but won’t Tate find this to be a very bizarre request? What excuse will Rachel give for having a bottle of “vitamins” for her brother’s girlfriend? Rachel will have to think fast to come up with something creative.
