What’s next on The Young and the Restless

Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) has gone from holding Adam (Mark Grossman) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) hostage to having Sharon (Sharon Case) and Noah (Lucas Adams) under his control.
Matt knows that harming Sharon will cause Nick much more pain than his pill addiction. Also, Matt blames Noah for his marriage to Sienna (Tamara Braun) hitting the skids because of the affair Noah and Sienna had. On Monday’s episode, watch for Sharon and Noah to fight for their lives! Will Adam and Nick get there in time to save them, or will Sharon and Noah be able to save themselves?
Unlikely allies

Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is not to be underestimated. She knows when to ally herself with someone to make something happen. On Monday’s episode, watch for Chelsea and Sienna to join forces. Can Mitch’s ex-wife and Adam’s con artist partner succeed where the authorities and the Newman security team have failed? Time is of the essence. If Matt feels that he’s being outnumbered, he might take action that will change Nick and Sharon’s lives forever!
Dear Abby

Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon (Bryton James) are at odds on how to deal with Mariah (Camryn Grimes). Both agree that the safety of their son, Dominic (Ethan Ray Clark), comes first. But is Mariah truly a threat to Dom, whether she’s in a psychiatric hospital or in prison? On one hand, Mariah could walk out of a hospital if the security isn’t too tight. She could dress up as a nurse and walk out the front door, too.
On the other hand, could a prison keep her from doing anything illegal? She could hide in a laundry cart and make her way out of jail if she were so determined. Imagine if Mariah did make off with Dom again? Devon would be doing the “told you so” dance for the rest of his life!
On Monday’s show, watch for Abby to extend an olive branch to her husband. Will they be able to get on the same page to keep Dominic safe?
A play from the Michael Baldwin book

Cane’s (Billy Flynn) has offered to be tested to see if he can help Malcolm (Shemar Moore) treat his aplastic anemia condition. He isn’t doing it so that Lily (Christel Khalil) will fall back in love with him. That’s not how it works…or is it?
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) got Cricket (Lauralee Bell) to support him in his efforts to get his law license back after he donated a kidney to Danny (Michael Damian).
If Cane saves Malcolm’s life, Lily likely won’t help but be affected by Cane’s gesture. Cane might not only end up saving Malcolm’s life, but he might also end up creating a new future with Lily.
