Dr. Serena Jukic revealed the truth about Chrono Stasis in Tracker Season 3 Episode 21
After a meeting with their mother, Colter and Russell head to a remote area in Nevada to meet with Dr. Serena Jukic in Tracker Season 3 Episode 21. Since Jukic was an important figure in the Chrono Stasis project and likely worked with their father, the brothers believed that she would have answers for them. Serena’s partner Paul tries to get rid of both Colter and Russell but Serena lets them in and is open to discussing her past with their father. Serena revealed that she used to work with Ashton on the Chrono Stasis project, which used geniuses and stretched their abilities beyond limits. While Colter was initially skeptical of Serena in Tracker Season 3 Episode 21, Russell believes her. He maintains that the government was likely creating a project like Russia and using people with psychic and paranormal powers.
Serena further reveals that Ashton became disillusioned when a child died during the programme, which prompted his exit from the project. While she continued, things became complicated when she developed a bond with a child, Danny. Serena was told that his mother was dead but once she found out she was alive, she wanted to protect him. Serena was made to leave the program but the government still keeps an eye on her and has expanded the project tenfold.
Colter and Russell’s lives are in danger in Tracker Season 3 Episode 21
Colter and Russell notice a van spying on Serena and Paul’s house and they promise the duo that they will look after Danny. Colter employs Randy’s help to dig into Danny’s past and discovers that both he and his father were presumed dead. Next up, Colter breaks into the government’s van parked outside Serena’s house, which is equipped with surveillance equipment.
Elsewhere, Russell goes on a solo mission in Tracker Season 3 Episode 21 and meets up with a former friend, Belton, who warns him not to look into Chrono Stasis. He later contacts his boss and warns him that the brothers are digging into the project. Once Belton’s boss asks him to take care of it, he hires a hitman to kill the brothers.
Randy uses his impressive tracking skills and discovers that the company paying for Serena’s surveillance is a shell company owned by DORIX Logistics, a private military contractor. The brothers also learn that Chrono Stasis has become an Unacknowledged Special Access Program and now uses children for combat.
Tracker Season 3 Episode 21 takes a turn when Russell recognizes the name DORIX and asks Randy to look into the company’s ties with pharma. Randy tracks large doses of sedatives and antipsychotics going into a location outside Twin Peaks, Idaho, and the brothers head there.
In the final moments of the episode, Colter and Russell make their way inside the facility but a man holds the latter at gunpoint. Colter manages to find Danny but he refuses to come with him. As the episode draws to a close, Danny presses a button that summons armed guards, setting the stage for the Tracker Season 3 finale.
