On General Hospital, Wednesday, April 22, 2026, spoilers show Britt fearing for Rocco’s life, Josslyn being nosy again, and Gio giving Emma a big surprise.
Coming up on General Hospital

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) has known from the start that there was no way that Jason (Steve Burton) shot Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) that fateful night on Pier 55. She was told to say that Jason did it, but she knew that he had to be covering for someone. And now she does.
When Rocco tells Britt that he was the one who shot Cullum, Britt’s entire world as she knows it changes. She had no idea that Rocco (Finn Carr) had followed her to the pier that night and knows very well that nobody can ever know what Rocco did.
Britt quickly goes into freakout mode, wondering how they are going to get out of this mess. If Cullum learns the truth, he could kill them both. He is ruthless, and in Britt’s mind, even more dangerous than Sidwell (Carlo Rota). After all, she is pretty sure that he brutally murdered Marco (Adrian Anchondo).
Josslyn has too many questions

Rocco’s mother told Rocco to never breathe a word about what really happened to Cullum, but he just couldn’t help himself. He had to finally spill, which means Lulu (Alexa Havins) would lose her mind if she knew.
Instead, Lulu starts going off on Britt as soon as Josslyn (Eden McCoy) starts asking questions about her. Will Josslyn be as obvious as she was with Cassius (Ryan Paevey), who knew that her third-degree at the gym wasn’t just small talk and idle curiosity.
Since Josslyn knows a lot more about Britt than Lulu realizes, what else is she trying to find out? Will she put the pieces together and realize that really happened to Cullum?
Young romance

Emma (Braedyn Bruner) is thrilled when Gio (Giovanni Mazza) tells her that he has a big surprise for her. He has been holding this inside for weeks, as it looks like Emma and Gio are about to take a trip to Manhattan.
What sights will they see and who will they meet when Emma and Gio hit the Big Apple and Broadway?
