On The Bold and the Beautiful episode that aired on Thursday, April 16, 2026, RJ pushed his parents to fire Will, Electra told Will that it was too painful to talk about their relationship, and Daphne Rose told Electra that she had something she needed to hear.
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful


In the office across from Eric’s, Daphne Rose flashed back to her argument with Ivy over her taking Will’s letter to Electra. Carter came in and spoke a little French to his wife. She complimented him. Daphne Rose shared that she had been thinking about what she should do about Will and Electra.
Carter said he was trying not to get caught up in relationship drama. Daphne Rose said that, unfortunately, she knew too much. She knew how Will and Electra were manipulated.
Carter said that there were similarities between Daphne Rose and Electra. Daphne Rose said that she was happier than she’d ever been. Alas, Electra can’t say the same. Carter said that if it were meant to be, they’d get back together. Carter noted that his wife kept saying Will and Electra were manipulated. But he noted that Daphne Rose should concentrate more on wanting to have a baby.
Daphne Rose said that she tried not to interfere in personal workplace issues, but she saw what she saw, so she could not. Carter told his wife to stay out of Will and Electra’s love life.
The Way We Were


Will apologized to Electra for letting Dylan stay at the house longer than Electra wanted. Will said he was trying to fix things, and he loved her so damn much. He apologized for causing her pain and asked for forgiveness. “Can we still have a life together?” Will asked.
Will said that he needed Electra to say she’d give him another chance. Electra said that she still really cared about Will, but she wasn’t sure. “I can’t help but wonder if too much has happened between us for us to get back together,” Electra feared.
Will said that Dylan was gone. Electra said that she was grateful, but it should have happened sooner. She said that she didn’t want to talk about Dylan. Will noted that Electra turned to RJ, but he added that he was not done fighting for you. I am not giving up on us.
Electra told Will that she had blown him off and that Dylan’s time at Will’s house had gone on too long. Electra flashed back to finding Will’s necklace and no letter in the office. Will said he didn’t understand. Ivy said this was too painful to talk about.
Electra said that this hurt too much. She couldn’t keep doing it. Meanwhile, Daphne Rose walked by and overheard the couple. Will left. Daphne Rose entered and revealed she couldn’t help but overhear. Daphne Rose said that there was something she needed Electra to hear, as it could change everything for her and Will.
Personnel change request


In Eric’s office, RJ demanded that Will be sent packing from Forrester Creations so Electra wouldn’t have to face him. “Electra deserves a stress-free life,” RJ insisted. He said that Steffy’s heart was in the right place, but she shouldn’t have hired Dylan.
Brooke pointed out that Will was part Logan because his mom was Katie. RJ countered that Katie has changed since remarrying Bill. Ridge said his son was trying to get someone fired who was good for the company. RJ pointed out that the only thing Will has done is hurt Electra.
Ivy entered and concurred with RJ. She said she wanted Will gone as soon as possible, too. Ivy said that, despite Will being Brooke’s nephew, he and Dylan should both be gone. Brooke agreed that Electra should not be uncomfortable.
Ridge said that whoever gets fired and who stays is up to him and Steffy — not RJ and Ivy. RJ reiterated that Electra should not be unhappy. Ridge said that this was a place of business. RJ said Will can easily be replaced — Electra cannot be.
RJ said Will belongs with the Spencers and Katie’s “ripoff” fashion house. RJ said that Will was rubbing in Electra’s face that he was with Dylan. Ivy praised RJ for being so nice to Electra. RJ was relentless in his wanting Will out the door.
