THE Traitors stars Ellie Buckley and Ross Garshong have been pictured TOGETHER in an unearthed snap – proving they knew each other prior to filming the show.
The newly-discovered images come after it emerged the players appeared to secretly know each other after eagle-eyed viewers picked up on a string of clues.
Now, an image showing them together for the first time from before filming has solidified their secret connection.
In a newly-unearthed snap, Ellie and Ross can be seen posing together side-by-side as part of a larger group photo.
The image, which was shared to Instagram, appears to have been taken in June 2024.
This would be roughly one year before the current series of The Traitors was recorded.

The image was taken in London as part of a team-outing for Damo’s Personal Trainers.

In the image, which is proof the pair know each other, Ross and Ellie can be seen side-by-side as they enjoy a meal out at Eco Restaurants with the other members of the Damo’s PT team.
Ross appears to have his arm placed around Ellie’s waist in the image.
So far, on screen, neither of them have alluded to knowing each other prior to filming – despite this not being the case.
Instead, Ross was reunited with former acquaintance Nettie who he had met briefly over ten years prior to filming the show.
Rumours had begun to circulate that Ross and Ellie could have a connection outside of the programme following social media snaps that showed them separately at the same hotel resort abroad.
Although they did not appear in the snaps together, they appeared to have been taken in the exact same location of the Tenerife hotel as well as being shared on social media at very similar times.
Other subtle clues appeared to hint at a potential connection too.
Back in March, two months before filming, Ross commented on a LinkedIn post shared by Ellie about artificial intelligence, gushing: “Great post!”
Ellie also shared a post on LinkedIn in 2023 for a London fundraising walk. Ross gave it a thumbs-up at the time.
Both posts have mysteriously since been removed.
Speaking ahead of The Traitors airing this week, Ross and Ellie both said they would consider putting prize money towards buying a property.
Ross then set tongues wagging after Friday night’s show, seen by six million viewers, by admitting he had “a secret”.
Moreover, Ross and Ellie were also seated on the train carriage together during the opening episode of Traitors – the likely last time they would have been able to speak freely away from their fellow players.
