On the Friday, April 17, 2026, episode of General Hospital, spoilers tease another surprising day for Nina Reeves, a woman who is not having a very good week at all.
What to expect on General Hospital

Nina (Cynthia Watros) thought her week was dramatic enough when she learned her loon of a daughter shot a man twice and then gave him what appeared to be a stroke by drugging him. She was also told that she was now implicated in drugging Drew (Cameron Mathison) because Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) set her up to get Nina’s fingerprints all over the syringe.
That meant that Nina didn’t have a choice. She’d have to betray Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and try to find out where Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is. Imagine Nina’s surprise when that problem is solved for her. Nina gets home after a long day to find Valentin helping himself to a drink in her living room.
Valentin has known for months that Nina felt compelled to use Charlotte to get information for Jack (Chris McKenna). She was doing it for Willow, so she felt justified. However, Charlotte didn’t see it that way and ratted her out. When Valentin makes Nina an offer, does he feed her false information to give to Jack, which is what Charlotte wanted to do months ago?
Willow blasts Jacinda

While Nina deals with Valentin, Willow spends time in her mom’s office flexing her power and authority. She gets into it with Jacinda (Paige Herschell), who just wants to be left alone to do her job. Too bad Willow doesn’t want to let her be and orders Jacinda to stay away from her kids.
Meanwhile, Michael (Rory Gibson) and Kristina (Kate Mansi) have a little chat about Willow. Kristina comes away with the impression that Michael has proof that Willow shot Drew.
Lulu’s big reunion

When Lulu (Alexa Havins) returns to the scene of the crime on Pier 55, she is surprised by a familiar face. It’s her brother, Ethan Lovett, returned from wherever he has been since 2023. Nathan Dean (formerly Parsons) is back in the role after not being seen for the last 10 years. What has Ethan been up to all this time? That is something the audience and Lulu want to know.
