A former employee has filed a third lawsuit against Kylie Jenner over alleged workplace issues. As reported by USA TODAY, on June 22, Jenner’s former private chef submitted a complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court, listing more than twenty claims – including harassment, pregnancy discrimination, wrongful termination, emotional distress, retaliation, and failure to pay proper salary.
The USA TODAY report also states that the chef claims she worked for Kylie Jenner’s company between November 2024 and March 2025. During that time period, she was reportedly assigned heavy tasks and long hours while pregnant. Despite informing Jenner and her management team about her condition and requesting adjustments, her appeals were allegedly ignored.
Kylie is an American TV personality who rose to fame on Keeping Up with the Kardashians (2007 to 2021). One year later, she joined the Hulu reality show The Kardashians. She is also the founder of Kylie Cosmetics and is currently holding the fifth position on Instagram’s most followed people.

Kylie Jenner’s ex-employee accuses her after a shocking miscarriage
The case filed on Monday in the court claims that despite informing managers of her high-risk pregnancy, the lady frequently worked for 11-12 hours, 5 days a week, and was given physically taxing assignments. The lady was informed that she had been chosen to serve as Kylie Jenner’s personal cook.
The chef alleges that in early December 2024, when she was three months pregnant, she informed her supervisors about her reasonable adjustments to safeguard her health and pregnancy. She went through a medical emergency after being told to transport heavy food items across the street and uphill.
The lawsuit further revealed that the employee struggled to breathe, for which a security guard helped her. On February 1 last year, the woman was denied proper support even after asking her supervisors while working as a chef at one of Jenner’s children’s birthday parties.
The complaint further states that because of exhaustion and heavy physical strain, she broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event.
Kylie Jenner’s ex-staff’s miscarriage happened after the Palm Springs event
The filing states that the next morning, Kylie Jenner’s ex-chef drove herself to the emergency room after she experienced heavy bleeding. In the hospital, she was told that she had lost her unborn child. Her allegations further state that she was later wrongly accused of leaving the kitchen and refrigerator in disorder in the middle of the Palm Springs event.
While she was struggling with severe depression after the loss, a supervisor scolded her and said,
“Stop it. Just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed.”
The chef’s attorney, Della Shaker of Shaker Law Group, shared with USA TODAY:
“Our client’s decision to come forward was not made lightly. She hopes that sharing her experience will encourage others facing similar circumstances to know they are not alone and that the law provides protections for every employee.”
The lawsuit further revealed that she was hospitalised again on February 8 after another haemorrhage. The chef agreed to move to New York after she was relocated by her employer.
