Joshua Fox, the victim of Chud The Builder, a streamer, has come under scrutiny after some of Fox’s past actions have come to public light. On May 13, outside the courthouse of Tennessee, things took a turn that eventually led to Chud The Builder shooting Fox.
Fox’s family members have unveiled the details of the case. However, details of Joshua Fox’s alleged dangerous actions against his wife have also raised the intrigue of the public.
Alleged past crimes of Joshua Fox, the victim of Chud The Builder
After the recent incident involving Joshua Fox and Chud The Builder, Fox’s past criminal actions have come to the forefront. On April 18, 2024, Fox and his wife were involved in an incident after an altercation took place between the two. Fox stayed with his wife at the Tower Driver apartment, where, on April 18 of 2024, the officers were called by Fox’s wife.
When the officers arrived at the crime scene, they spoke to both Joshua and his wife. According to Joshua, his wife was not letting him leave. However, he refused to provide further details. When his wife was asked about the incident, she unveiled that Joshua was angry because he was not able to leave due to the vehicle issues that they had.
She also added that, during their conversation, Joshua took an aerosol can and a lighter, which he then used to attempt to burn their house. Fox’s wife continued to tell the officers that she tried to take the aerosol can away so that he would not burn the house.
This led the two of them to fall on the ground, after which Joshua took a screwdriver, which scared his wife. She moved away from Joshua Fox so that he would not be able to attack. The officers then denoted that Joshua Fox is a primary aggressor. He was also taken into custody for his alleged actions involving domestic assault.
Fox is 31, and he also served in the army for 6 years. He also has a disability along with some other medical issues. After Chud The Builder attacked Fox, Fox’s alleged past actions have raised concern among the public. Many have raised questions regarding the whole incident.
Chud The Builder’s real name is Dalton Eatherly, and he was transported by the emergency crew after the gun was fired. Fox’s wife also voiced about Chud The Builder’s actions regarding “making racial slurs toward people of color”. Joshua Fox was shot in “the stomach and shoulder” according to his wife. However, he is in a stable condition. As Fox is already a “disabled veteran” and “suffers from other medical conditions” Fox’s wife is worried about the “emotional and financial impact” this incident will have on them.
