Jennifer Rose is still ridiculous for Christmas

Welcome to Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

One would think that after driving from Boston to whatever midwest state that Salem is located in (Illinois) so that Thomas and Charlotte could see their father for Christmas, meant that Jennifer is ready to give up on her ridiculous custody suit. But nope. Now, she is just suggesting mediation to work something out. Um, what is there to work out? Chad is Thomas and Charlotte’s father. He has done absolutely nothing to show that he is a bad father, and instead, has done the complete opposite. He sacrificed his own happiness for his kids. He even told Cat that he couldn’t see her anymore once again, just for the sake of his kids. How is this being a bad parent? Jennifer could see how worried Thomas was for Chad, as well as how happy both kids were to be reunited with them and she still won’t relent and drop the custody issue altogether. Chad was right when he said that no outcome would be satisfactory to him, except for keeping his kids with him. No outcome would be satisfactory to use either. Jennifer may have made a toast to Chad later in the December 26th episode of Days of our Lives, but all that did was paint her as a hypocrite. We’re still Team Chad on this one and pray Jennifer comes to her senses soon.
