General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, March 19, 2026, tease Jason getting the big guns (literally) ready to take Cullum out.
What to expect on General Hospital

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has said his goodbyes and made sure Danny (Asher Antonynzyn) will be taken care of. Now, the only thing he and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) need to do is get the heck out of Dodge and wait for Marco (Adrian Anchondo) and Lucas (Van Hansis) to get their hands on Britt’s meds. However, Jason also has something he needs to take care of first.
Jason said he has plans on the way out and promised Sonny (Maurice Benard) that Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) will be taken care of. They feel he is more responsible for Michael (Rory Gibson) nearly being burnt alive last year than Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is. Plus, without Cullum around, Sidwell is more vulnerable. Jason assured Sonny that he would not miss. After all, Jason is a professional hitman and the best shot in town.
So, Jason gets his rifle ready to take a kill shot at Cullum. He thinks he will be able to get a clear shot from the roof right across from Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) office. What could possibly go wrong?
Risk and reward

Well, a lot can go wrong, considering the difficulty that Marco is having getting his hands on those meds. He has no idea that Cullum is onto him, which puts him in more danger.
After Sidwell assures his son that he will make sure Sonny is taken care of, Marco takes a big risk that will likely come back to bite him in a big way. Is Cullum watching every move Marco makes? As for Lucas, he gets a lecture from his Aunt Ava (Maura West). She worries he is getting in over his head, but in what way?
Britt is also having troubles. After saying her own goodbyes and packing her things, she is cornered by a nosy Josslyn (Eden McCoy), who can never seem to mind her own business.
Around Port Charles

Carly (Laura Wright) has to face Jack right in her kitchen, knowing that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is right upstairs. Jack is still completely oblivious to what his girlfriend is up to as she talks about honesty and love.
Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) time upstairs in her bedroom does not go as planned the next morning when they are rudely interrupted. Do they manage to enjoy the bed before all hell breaks loose? And who interrupts them?
And finally, it’s war between Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Tracy (Jane Elliot). Jason has arranged for Alexis to be Danny’s legal guardian while he is away, but Tracy objects as she wants the boy to stay in the Quartermaine mansion with her. Should Danny be allowed to decide where he lives? Maybe he can split the time between his grandmother and his aunt. Could Alexis and Tracy even agree to that?
