Is India Fowler joining Off Campus Season 2? All about actor’s casting revealed

Weeks before Off Campus premieres on Prime Video, the show has added two new additions to it’s already confirmed second season. India Fowler, known for her role on Fear Street: Prom Queen, has joined the cast along with Phillipa Soo. Here’s evetything we know about their roles.

Fowler has been cast as Grace Ivers in the second season of Off Campus. Grace is the love interest of John Logan, the character played by Antonio Cipriano, and Fowler will be joining as a series regular. The announcement came with a genuinely charming touch as the show’s official Instagram posted a video of Cipriano personally breaking the news to Fowler, inviting her to join the cast and crew in Vancouver.

Alongside Fowler, Broadway and Hamilton star Phillipa Soo is also joining the cast. Soo will appear as Scarlett, a theatre artist who arrives at the college as a guest director for an original play in the drama department. It’s a guest role rather than a series regular slot.

The show is based on Elle Kennedy’s bestselling book series, and the Logan and Grace romance is the focus of the second novel in the series, which follows directly after the Garrett and Hannah story that anchors season one. So while the show hasn’t officially confirmed that Logan and Grace will be the central couple of season two, the casting makes it pretty clear where things are headed. After them comes John Tucker and Dean DiLaurentis, which means the series has a natural roadmap to follow if it keeps going.

Everything we know about Off Campus

The second season was confirmed before the first one even premiered, which means that the show has won over the confidence of the streamer. Off Campus season 1 follows Hannah and Garrett, a quiet songwriter and a star hockey player who fall in love.

An official description reads,

Off Campus follows an elite ice hockey team, and the women in their lives, as they grapple with love, heartbreak, and self-discovery—forging deep friendships and enduring bonds while navigating the complexities that come with transitioning into adulthood.”

The series was created by Louisa Levy, who co-showruns and executive produces alongside Gina Fattore. Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen, and James Seidman executive produce for Temple Hill, with Leanna Billings and Neal Flaherty also on board as executive producers.

Off Campus Season 1 will premiere on Prime Video on May 13.
