It cannot be denied that the high ratings that the show received were a propelling factor in making sure that the series gets another season.
The manner in which the series brings forth the aspect of crime-solving while also depicting the personal lives of the characters leaves an impact. The viewers are able to connect with the characters, especially through the aspect of realism. The official date for the arrival of High Potential Season 3 is yet to be announced.
At the end of the finale of High Potential Season 2, things get difficult for Wagner. He reaches the park to speak with the man who is an old FBI ghost. According to Wagner, this man knew about Roman. He also lets Morgan know about his location. However, when Morgan finally reaches the location, she finds that Wagner has been stabbed and is bleeding profusely.
She promptly calls 911. The episode ends with help arriving at the location as Wagner falls on Morgan’s shoulder. The viewers are left with the question about Wagner’s fate. Whether Wagner is able to survive his wounds or not will only be divulged in High Potential Season 3. It can be expected that the truth about Roman’s case will take a significant portion of the storyline in the upcoming season.
When Morgan finds out about Roman’s involvement in the murder of an FBI agent, she is completely shocked. She tries to stop Soto from digging further into Roman’s case. She knows that truth can completely shatter her daughter. A significant moment at the end of the finale of the second season can be seen when a shadowy figure watches Ava.
