MOVE over Posh and Becks – there’s a new football power couple in town.
Arsenal ace Bukayo Saka is engaged to his girlfriend of five years Tolami Benson after popping the question with an ‘enormous’ ring.
Just like the Beckhams, Saka is a Three Lions hero while Tolami has been hailed a fashion queen by style bible Vogue.
The magazine credited Tolami with reviving WAG fever at last year’s Euros after she donned a killer wardrobe, which included a leather jacket with the number 87, a nod to Saka’s shirt number when he got into the first team for Arsenal.
The glowing report added that Tolami “has been well and truly mastering the art of Waggery at the tournament, and for many of us – this writer included – her wardrobe has been the most exciting part of the whole affair.”
Brand and culture expert Nick Ede told The Sun how the pair could make millions as one of football’s most bankable couples.

He said: “The Beckhams defined a generation but Bukayo and Tolami are the next wave.
“They’ve got the style, the status and the star quality. They’re 2025’s answer to David and Victoria.
“The couple are a marketer’s dream and they could earn an absolute fortune – their commercial power is explosive.
“Brands will be falling over themselves to sign them; fashion, fragrance, sportswear, travel, jewellery are just a few of the areas they can maximise their potential with.”
Saka is said to have proposed on a date night at a top London hotel.
A source said: “Bukayo went all out for the proposal – and the ring he chose is absolutely enormous.
“He’d organised a special night at a top London hotel and proposed there.
“It was incredibly special and Tolami was totally blown away.”
The couple, both 24, have been in a relationship since 2020 but initially tried to keep their budding romance under the radar.
In Instagram shots together, Saka wore a mask or kept his face out of pictures, but they were busted when fans spotted separate images of them on the same yacht in Dubai in February 2022.
Their relationship was seemingly confirmed at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, when they were pictured embracing in the stands.
Since then, Tolami has been happy to support Saka both in the stands and online, notably posing up in an Arsenal kit in one stunning snap.
The hype around Tolami has brought back the attention WAGS used to receive in the heydays of Coleen Rooney and Victoria Beckham, in part thanks to her eye-catching designer wardrobe featuring pieces from Diesel, Off-White and Prada.
Glamour magazine also praised how she wears her hair and her nail art, which often pay subtle tribute to the England team.
Tolami also appears to be close with other wives and girlfriends. On Instagram, she posed for a picture with Dani Dyer, Megan Pickford, and Anouska Santos.
Yet Tolami retains a humble down-to-earth, girl-next-door charm.
She told British Vogue how she relies on pals to give advice on what she wears.
“People think it’s a lot more elaborate than it is,” she said. “I don’t have a stylist. Just a very honest girls group chat.”
She is also searingly honest about her stunning figure.
She laughed off claims she’d had a boob job after posing in a bold, white low-cut dress during London Fashion Week last September.
The revealing dress left little to the imagination, which led some of her fans to suggest she had had some cosmetic work.
She posted an Instagram post which read: “Ppl swearing I had a boob job is so iconic.”
Likeability factor
Beau Saka is famously whip smart and achieved four A*s and three As in his GCSEs. He appears to have met his match in Tolami.
After studying at Birmingham City University, Tolami – who, like her man, is of Nigerian descent – graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Public Relations and Media Public Relations.
It was reported that last May that she started a new job as a senior planning executive for Zenith.
Meanwhile Saka can do no wrong on the pitch after helping England reach a second consecutive final moment at last year’s Euros.
The winger shot to fame during the 2020 Euros and was made man of the match in the group stage game against the Czech Republic.
Expert Nick Ede said the couple have the likeability factor.
He said: “Bukayo Saka isn’t just England’s golden boy he’s Mr. Perfect. Every kid wants to be him, and every brand wants him.
“He has credibility and talent and he’s a great role model. He’s the most likeable sporting superstar we’ve had since Beckham.

Saka is not the only footballer celebrating a high-profile engagement.
Cristiano Ronaldo finally become engaged to long-term partner Georgina Rodriguez in August this year.
Georgina, 31, revealed the news by posting a picture of her huge engagement ring to Instagram.
The superstar couple have been together for nine years, but Ronaldo has previously been hesitant to pop the question.
Confirming that the Portuguese star had finally proposed, Georgina posted a picture of her hand, complete with huge sparkler on her ring finger, on top of Ronaldo’s.
The model captioned her snap: “Yes I do. In this and in all my lives.”
Georgina sparked engagement speculation back in April by posting a picture of a different ring on her finger.
And last December, while attending the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai, Ronaldo set tongues wagging by saying: “It’s a big pleasure to win this trophy. My oldest son is here, my wife [Georgina] is here.”
Previously addressing why he had not yet married his long-term girlfriend, Ronaldo, 40, said: “I always tell her, ‘when we get that click.’ Like everything with our life, and she knows what I’m talking about.
“It could be in a year or it could be in six months or it could be in a month. I’m 1,000 per cent sure that it’ll happen.”
Georgina, meanwhile, said of her pals: “They’re always joking about the wedding. ‘When is the wedding?’
