Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were spotted together in Paris during a relaxed evening outing that also included their son Jaden Smith and a group of friends.
The couple appeared in good spirits as they walked through the city, with the Girls Trip actress’ arm linked with Will Smith’s as they both smiled with the others. They would later enjoy a meal together at the famous Loulou restaurant.
Recalling, the pair was together for 21 years. They began dating in 1995 and tied the knot in December 1997. However, the couple announced their split in 2016.
Nevertheless, despite currently living in separate homes, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith remain legally married, which has made their relationship technically about 31 years old.
This conforms to their lifelong promise to each other that they will work through their problems rather than undergo a traditional divorce.
They transitioned their relationship into a “life partnership”; hence, their occasional public appearances together.

Meanwhile, in their recent public outing together in Paris, Jada Pinkett Smith dressed up in a black jacket complemented by Louis Vuitton jeans and white heels.
The Men In Black star chose to don himself in a patterned shirt along with brown pants and a white hat.
Their coordinated appearance drew attention as their outings together have become less frequent in recent years.
In spite of the speculations about their relationship, the two can still be seen attending some events and get-togethers with the family.
In 2025, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were also seen sharing a casual lunch at Nobu in Malibu.
Reports from that outing described a light atmosphere between them, with the actor even carrying Jada Pinkett Smith’s bag as they departed from the restaurant.
The two have often spoken publicly about the complexities of their long-term relationship, including periods of separation and reconciliation.
Although they have expressed themselves about their relationship in non-traditional ways, they have nonetheless managed to maintain a united front when it comes to family affairs.
In 2023, seven years after their breakup, Jada Pinkett Smith shared with People how she and Will had been navigating their connection.
“We’ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together. We just got deep love for each other and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us.”
An insider also doubled down on their relationship dynamic, stating:
“Call it what you want. They are living their own lives but haven’t completely severed ties.”
For Will Smith, his relationship with his wife is both “brutal and beautiful,” while also expressing his appreciation for her in his chat with The Baltimore Sun in 2023.
“We have had a very, very long and tumultuous [relationship]. We call it ‘brutiful.’ It was brutal and beautiful at the same time.”
