The Days of our Lives spoilers sneak peek video for the week of March 2-6, 2026, teases a tense week in Salem as Stephanie and Jeremy try to escape and EJ’s plans become clearer.
What to expect on Days of our Lives
Stephanie (Abigail Klein) finally knows that she was wrong all along, and just because Jeremy (Michael Roark) is ambidextrous, it doesn’t mean that he is the man who has been stalking her. Now, she finds herself kidnapped and held hostage, all because she jumped to the wrong conclusion.
Jeremy is also now a hostage, as well. He tried to rescue Stephanie, but was too late. Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey) is back and tells Stephanie that she betrayed him by being with other men. Stephanie hasn’t thought of Owen in years, but if she had remembered that she had other violent men obsessed with her at one point, then maybe she wouldn’t be in this situation. Will Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) get there in time to rescue both of them?
The pod person
Paulina (Jackee Harry) once again demands to know what the heck is going on in EJ’s (Daniel Feuerriegel) secret hospital lab, but he’s not about to show her yet. There is still so much that Rolf (Richard Wharton) needs to do, but he is getting close.
To that end, Gwen (Emily O’Brien) and EJ visit the lab themselves to see the progress that Rolf is making. Gwen claims they are going to change everything, with EJ declaring that things will change for the better. Who are they trying to resurrect in that pod? Will Paulina finally get a glimpse — and a shock?
Sophia’s latest plan
Sophia (Rachel Boyd) summons Melinda (Tina Huang) to Bayview to coerce a favor out of her. She needs Melinda to deliver those pills to Rachel (Alice Halsey), so that Rachel can give them to Holly (Ashley Puzemis). Melinda isn’t quite sure what is in the box, but she does tell Sophia to stop playing with fire.
As for Holly, her erratic behavior won’t let up and has her family concerned. When Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) sit down in Horton Town Square to discuss the situation, they wonder if Holly could be using again.
