While he was about to announce his decision to the squad, they were summoned to a burning building that trapped him and many others inside.
David Eigenberg as Senior Firefighter Christopher Herrmann: Chicago Fire ‘Thank You’ featured a surprising moment when Herrmann confessed that he had been thinking about retiring from the CFD to Mouch. Herrmann was also one of the characters who was trapped in the building fire, leaving his fate uncertain in Season 15.
Christian Stolte as Senior Firefighter Randall “Mouch” McHolland: The Prison Break alum is the next main addition to the Chicago Fire Season 14 Episode 21 cast. After much struggle, Mouch managed to pitch a book to his publisher in the final entry. However, he had to swap his book about friendship for a soapy romance titled Sheets on Fire.
