Dutton Ranch, the Yellowstone spin-off, is halfway into its first season, and in Episode 6, A Cowboy Saint, we finally get to know more about Wes’ death. The episode was released on Paramount+ on June 12, 2026.
In A Cowboy Saint, we see Beth back in her corporate role and Rip finally making Joaquin reveal what happened to Wes. We also learnt that Beulah suspects Beth had something to do with her brother Jamie’s disappearance. The episode was thus an enlightening one and featured the storylines of multiple characters. Here’s the cast that brought the episode to life.

Dutton Ranch Episode 6, A Cowboy Saint’s main cast includes the following:
Kelly Reilly as Beth Dutton
Kelly Reilly playing Beth Dutton since Yellowstone started. Beth was an integral part of Yellowstone, and her, Rip’s, and Carter’s story is being continued in Dutton Ranch. She appears in the spin-off’s Episode 6, and we see her begin working for Beulah Jackson.
Given her expertise and the fact that she’s working closely with the Jacksons, Beth thought she would soon have the upper hand. But it turns out that Beulah might know something about Jamie Dutton’s disappearance and thinks Beth had something to do with it. Reilly is also known for her roles in A Haunting in Venice, Above Suspicion, and Under Salt Marsh, among others.
Cole Hauser as Rip Wheeler
Cole Houser plays Rip Wheeler, one of the leading characters of Dutton Ranch, who is Beth’s husband. Houser has also been playing the character since Yellowstone. He appears in Episode 6 of the spin-off as we see him help Joaquin but then also collect the information he needed from him.
Houser is also known for his roles in The Lizzie Borden Chronicles, Rogue, and High Incident, among others.
Finn Little as Carter Green
Finn Little first started playing Carter Green in Yellowstone when he was a young boy. Carter is the adopted son of Beth and Rip, and he appears in Episode 6 of the spin-off. Finn Little is also known for his roles in Little Kingdom, The Surfer, and Harrow, among others.
Juan Pablo Raba as Joaquin
Juan Pablo plays Beulah Jackson’s oldest son, Joaquin, in the show. So far, we’ve seen him as the family’s fixer, having to fix every mistake of his brother’s. He appears in Dutton Ranch episode 6 as well and almost dies. Rip saves him in time but then threatens him until he gives up information about his brother. Juan Pablo is also known for his roles in Narcos and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., among others.
Jai Courtney as Rob-Will Jackson
Jai Courtney plays Rob-Will, Joaquin’s younger brother, who is violent and unpredictable. He is an important character in episode 6 as we see him come back from rehab and manipulate Chet into hurting Joaquin. We also learn of his involvement in Wes’ murder.
Jai Courtney is also known for his roles in Felony, Divergent, Suicide Squad, and Kaleidoscope, among others.
J. R. Villarreal as Azul Ramos
J. R. Villarreal plays Azul Ramos in the show, who was the hand on Beth and Rip’s ranch. Since Beth and Rip no longer have their own cattle, and Rip is working for Beulah Jackson, he brings in Azul to work on the 10 Petal Ranch in episode 6. Villarreal is also known for his roles in Freeridge, Landman, and Uncanny, among others.
Marc Menchaca as Zachariah Moss
Marc Menchaca plays Zachariah Moss in the show, who was hired as a ranch hand by Rip when Azul suggested him. In Dutton Ranch episode 6, Rip also brings Zachariah to the 10 Petal Ranch. Marc Menchaca’s other well-known performances include his roles in Dead of Winter, Companion, and Ozark, among others.
Natalie Alyn Lind as Oreana Lynn Jackson
Natalie Alyn Lind plays Oreana, Rob-Will’s daughter, and Beulah’s granddaughter. She has been showing interest in Carter, and the two have been spending time together, but she isn’t as expressive as Carter would like.
In episode 6, we see Carter confess his love to Oreana, but she shuts him down by saying that they are too young to know what love is. Natalie Alyn Lind is best known for her roles in The Goldbergs, Gotham, and The Gifted.
Ed Harris as Everett McKinney
Known for his roles in State of Grace, Snowpiercer, and Westworld, Ed Harris stars as Everett McKinney in Dutton Ranch. Everett is Rio Paloma’s local veterinarian and someone who has a history with Beulah. In episode 6, we see Everett and Beulah get back together.
Annette Bening as Beulah Jackson
Anette Bening, who is well-known for her roles in The Great Outdoors, Death on the Nile, and Apples Never Fall, stars as Beulah Jackson in Dutton Ranch. In episode 6, we see her begin working with Beth, and while she is happy with how Beth conducts business, she is also suspicious that she had something to do with her brother’s disappearance.
As we earlier mentioned, Beulah has finally rekindled her romance with Everett. While we haven’t seen her do anything drastic recently, Beth and Rip still don’t think Beulah or her family can be trusted.
