Gabi has to make the biggest decision of her life

Days of our Lives’ Gabi has learned that the chickens may have come home to roost. According to spoilers for Tuesday, May 12, 2026, Philip comes through for her while she keeps a big secret from him.

Gabi keeps mum on Days of our Lives

Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) never expected Tony (Thaao Penghlis) to offer her the DiMera CEO position just after learning that his sister had been brough back from the dead. But that’s just what happened and she has a big decision to make. Gabi Chic has been doing wonderfully under its own banner. Plus, she even planned to team with Titan for international distribution.

If Gabi broke that deal now and returned to DiMera, then Gabi would have to explain it all to Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier). She can’t have him learning that she was the one who leaked the information about the forged letter to Victor. She knows that would ruin their relationship and brand-new living arrangements.

When Philip helps Gabi and comes through for her, does he do something without having all the information? Does he let her out from her new deal with Titan? Gabi wants all of her professional dreams to finally come true, but can she really do this at the cost of the best relationship she has ever had?

Teen troubles in Salem

Holly’s (Ashley Puzemis) guilt and agitation following Sophia’s (Rachel Boyd) death cause her to lash out at Tate (Leo Howard) in unexpected ways. Her mood makes it seem like she is taking Sohia’s meds again, when this new attitude is all natural. Tate tries to be a comfort to Holly so she stops blaming herself, but that will be easier said than done.

As for Ari (Vico Escorcia), she is trying not to think about Sophia, so at least she has a distraction in the form of Liam Salejko (Hank Northrop). Now that he has a job at the bookstore, Ari knows exactly where to find him. But Sophia is still on her mind.

Ari finds herself opening up to Liam about what happened with Sophia. Was she not a good enough friend? Was there something she could have done to help Sophia? All three girls were once all so close and now Sophia is gone without a trace.
