WARNING: Potential spoilers for The Boys Season 5 Episode 7 ahead.
The Boys Season 5 Episode 7 is going to be released on Prime Video on May 13, 2026, which will take us closer to the series finale. As we approach the showdown, the stakes are going to get higher, and more characters are expected to die.
The Boys have to figure out a way to kill Homelander and they have to find it fast. With only two episodes left, we can expect the end of the Deep, Homelander’s rampage to reach new heights, and new developments in Frenchie & Kimiko’s relationship. Here are all our predictions for the upcoming episode.
Predictions for The Boys Season 5 Episode 7
Homelander has made it clear that he wants to rule America, and has been controlling President Steven Calhoun. But it is being predicted that Homelander will kill President Calhoun and take over the government completely and publicly in The Boys Season 5 Episode 7.
Frenchie and Kimiko’s relationship and Mother’s Milk’s character are also predicted to be explored a bit more in the upcoming episode.
It is also being predicted that while Homelander has taken V1, there’s still a chance to kill him. Butcher has been preparing for if Homelander took V1 by studying the Russian tapes of how they tortured Soldier Boy.
Using that knowledge, and the fact that Homelander gets significantly affected by Uranium, Butcher, Sister Sage and Frenchie will work on a machine that twill help in creating a beam like that of Soldier Boy as we know that his beam can be used to kill Homelander.
But a Supe has to be the one who can and will need to take the ability of emitting the Solider Boy beam, and while Starlight will volunteer to go be the one who takes the ability, Kimiko is the one who finally gets it. Frenchie, Kimiko, and Sister Sage will be working on giving Kimiko the ability, and unfortunately Homelander will find their location.
While Sister Sage and Kimiko will be able to hide and survive, Frenchie is predicted to be the one who ends up sacrificing himself and dying. It is also being predicted that Starlight, Hughie, and MM will get into a fight with DogKnott and Sheline, with Starlight and MM killing DogKnott and Sheline.
Hughie, however, gets captured by a shapeshifter working under Oh Father, who poses as Kessler to psychologically break him by revealing secrets about Butcher.
Hughie sees through it and doesn’t break, which then leads to a meaningful moment between him and Butcher later on.
Marie and Cate are predicted to make a brief appearance in the upcoming episode of The Boys Season 5, and will help those rescued from one of Oh Father’s loyalty-testing focus groups, with Marie being set up for a bigger role in the series finale. Homelander and Soldier Boy’s alliance is predicted to deteriorate even further.
Soldier Boy wants to leave all this behind and head to Colombia, but when he refuses Homelander’s pleas to stay, Homelander chokes him and puts him back in the capsule. Ashley is predicted to survive the The Boys Season 5 Episode 7, and to shift her stance against Homelander following what she witnesses at the White House.
However, Deep is predicted to not survive the episode, especially as he betrays the marine lives whom he once used to protect and received support from. Following Frenchie’s death, the team regroups, and Kimiko, understandably, is the most affected.
She stops speaking entirely, reverting to sign language. The Boys will prepare this for the last attempt to kill Homelander.
All of these are predictions and not confirmed events to take place in the penultimate episode of The Boys Season 5. The Boys Season 5 Episode 7 will be released on Prime Video on May 13, 2026.
