In the penultimate episode of Undercover Miss Hong, Keum-bo and her team tried their best to take down Chairman Pil-beom from his position. However, they did not get enough votes as the majority of the shareholders voted for him.
At this time, it looked like even No-ra had chosen her father’s side and she wouldn’t support her friends who taught her so much. However, the tables turned when No-a declared that she had cast her vote against her own father and supports Yeouido Pirates.
Then, episode 16 (finale) of Undercover Miss Hong, titled “We of the New Millennium” begins with everyone inside the conference room startled by what No-ra just announced. Flashback reveals that No-ra met Keum-bo and mentioned that she wants to help.
On the day of the conference, Keum-bo told No-ra to go to the women’s locker room and wear the dress. It was their old uniform and No-ra knew what she had to do. She didn’t just announce her support for Yeouido Pirates. No-ra also revealed that she knows nothing about the Swiss borrowed-name account under her name.
This creates chaos at Hanmin as the chairman and Ju-ran belived No-ra was on their side. Soon after, Ju-ran’s plan is also ruined as the chairman outplays her.

As the last episode of Undercover Miss Hong continues, everyone starts talking about the slush fund embezzlement. Ju-ran makes her final move by trying to leave the country, but the chairman outplays her.
The gangster Ju-ran has been working with was actually operating for Pil-beom. And when the chairman asked to keep tabs on Ju-ran, he caught her running away with a large sum of money. The chairman revealed that he knew about her plan and now it’s his time to play.
Pil-beom cleverly puts all the blame on Ju-ran and new channels also report that she has been keeping the secret slush fund with Pil-beom’s knowledge. The chairman locked Ju-ran inside his house so that she could not speak the truth.

Later in episode 16 of Undercover Miss Hong, No-ra prepares a meal for Bok-hee, as she’s out of prison now. She then receives a call from Keum-bo, as she told No-ra to meet her at Pil-beom’s office with the house keys.
Keum-bo found Ju-ran inside Pil-beom’s house and took her outside. Just when they’re about to leave, the gangster arrives and tries to stop the women from escaping. However, he forgot how Keum-bo fought last time and once again gets defeated.
Police also arrived on time and arrested the gangster. Ju-ran was admitted to a hospital for her check-up, where she realized what she had done to herself and Hanmin. Before all of this, Mr. Bang revealed at the district court that he has almost 13 ledgers to prove the slush fund was created in Hanmin and that Pil-beom is responsible.
This was a shocking revelation in the finale of Undercover Miss Hong, as even Keum-bo underestimated her former boss of the risk management team. Mr. Bang’s hard work and loyalty paid off as Chairman Pil-beom was removed from Hanmin.
Undercover Miss Hong ending explained: A new CEO is appointed and a fresh start for everyone


After Chairman Pil-beom was found guilty of making the slush fund, he was removed from the position and the company. Keum-bo and her team of Yeouido Pirates decided to give their shares to Hanmin employees when a new leader is finalized.
They meet So Gyeong-dyeong at the office, suggesting he is the best fit for CEO. However, Mr. So explains that he was involved in the slush fund indirectly, due to which he cannot lead the company.
However, he does suggest the name of Mr. Cha, the same man with whom Keum-bo had notable clashes during her undercover mission. Even though Mr. Cha wasn’t so nice, he still has the least involvement in the slush fund embezzlement and is named the new CEO of Hanmin.
As for other characters, Albert tries to move on from Keum-bo, while she decides to give another chance to Jeong-woo. No-ra has also grown personally and professionally, and Bok-hee is also doing great in her life. Mi-sook, who used to tolerate mistreatment or cruelty without fighting back, is now an assistant manager at Hanmin and never fails to stand up for women being treated unfairly.
In the end, Undercover Miss Hong shows the women of dorm 301 finally reaching a place of peace and fulfillment after everything they went through. They had faced countless challenges along the way, but they managed to overcome each one together.
Their journey wasn’t only about taking down Hanmin. It was also about standing by their values and refusing to give up on what they believed was right. More than anything, they fought to bring justice for the innocent workers who had been wronged, proving that their struggle was about fairness and doing the right thing.
