DARTS star Richie Burnett was left red faced after seeing his rival win a leg while he was still on 501.
Former World Champion Burnett was in action against Kevin Painter in the Double Trouble 4 series.

The tournament, based in Portsmouth, sees players needing to open their scoring on a given leg by hitting a double, as well as the customary checkout.
However, during the opening leg of the Group A match between Burnett and Painter, Burnett did not cover himself in any glory,
The Prince of Wales was left rooted on 501 as he failed to hit a double which left him unable to score any points.
But English thrower Painter, 58, was able to get on the scoreboard and eventually checked out on a double eight.

Painter meanwhile could only manage one out of five checkouts.
