I don’t work out. Right now, I’m still relying a little bit on high-waisted pants to cover the little stomach I do have. I want to start working out. That’s always my goal, but I’m going to wait until the top of the year to start the goal. Every time, I’m just always going to wait until the top of the year, do it for about a week, then stop. But that’s always the goal. Another thing I do that I think is healthy is I take vitamins now because you need all those extra supplements. Sometimes I’m over there taking so many pills, I’m like, am I about to die or do I have something? Also juicing, because I talked to my doctor about how people don’t eat vegetables. When we grew up, millennials, Gen X, baby boomers, people ate Brussels sprouts and broccoli. Your parents were cooking. It didn’t taste good, but you had your vegetables. Nowadays when we eat vegetables, it’s like soul food with all this seasoning, boiled all the way down. Once the vegetable gets soft, it no longer has as much nutrients as when it’s harder. I tried to juice at home, but there was so much cleanup. What I look at it as is $30 a month. I can go to Trader Joe’s or Walmart and buy these juices for $3. If I drink one a day, that’s 30 days in a month on average, that’s $90. That’s how I have to think about my health. I have to have vegetable intake and supplements. But I miss being in my teens and twenties when you didn’t need supplements. You had energy all day. Now I need 30 hours of sleep per day. There are only 24 hours in a day, but I need at least half of that to sleep, and I need all these supplements.
