Created by the duo Dan Levy and Rachel Sennott, this series delves into the chaotic lives of two siblings, Nicky, a pastor (Dan Levy), and Morgan, an elementary school teacher (Taylor Ortega), and their mother, Linda (Laurie Metcalf).
Linda’s wish is that her children give something special to their dying grandmother. Morgan and Nicky decide to get something special, but this decision changes the course of their lives forever. Morgan shoplifts a necklace from a Turkish gangster’s gift shop after he refuses to sell it, she gets caught, and eventually, the siblings are blackmailed into the world of crime.
This dysfunctional family drama shows how one wrong decision can turn your life upside down in the blink of an eye. It taps into secrets, lies, manipulation, and more. As the siblings try to crawl their way out of the organized crime world, they slip deeper with every move.

Fans took to social media to share their reviews. Some felt there were unnecessary and clunky developments that weren’t tied up in the end.
