Cullum demands evidence that will doom Rocco

On the Thursday, May 14, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Rocco and Dante talked things out, Cullum made demands, and Nina and Carly danced around the truth.

The ADA and the criminals

Sonny and Justine met up at the Metro Court Gardens where they exchanged pleasantries and pretended not to know one another well. Sonny sat down so they could sit quietly. He thanked Justine for suggesting that he investigate Ric before jumping to conclusions. Sonny left out the part where he did jump to conclusions, but all was good with Ric now.

Sonny asked why Justine went to bat for Ric. She answered that she didn’t do it for Ric. She did it for Sonny. She didn’t want Sonny to lose his brother, as she was happy to see they had grown so close. Justine knew what it was like to feel isolated and need a friend.

Their conversation came to a close when Cullum arrived for a planned meeting. He wasn’t expecting to see Sonny Corinthos. Cullum sat down and told Justine that the WSB wanted the evidence associated with the shooting. Justine wasn’t about to hand anything over and pointed out that the WSB constantly violates U.S. law. All Sonny could do was listen with satisfaction.

Dante gives Rocco what he needs

Dante found Rocco at the Q boathouse, where he told him that he knew he shot Cullum. Dante wished he had known sooner, so he could have helped Rocco, but Rocco wondered how anyone could help. He shot a WSB director and there was no coming back from that.

Dante asked Rocco to detail what happened that night, so that was exactly what he did. When he got to the end of the story, Rocco wondered why Dante wasn’t arresting him. Dante didn’t think he deserved to be arrested under extenuating circumstances. Rocco was saving another person’s life. However, there was another extenuating circumstance. The victim was the director of the WSB.

When Rocco mentioned Britt, Dante grew more serious. He knew she was hiding something about Cullum. Dante also pointed out that Britt couldn’t help him legally because she was already on the record saying that Jason shot Cullum. Dante also had to admit that Cullum could figure it all out. After all, his blood was on the gun. Dante warned Rocco that he could never come forward, but he knew how emotionally painful that shooting someone could be.

After Rocco walked away, Justine called to inform Dante that they had a problem. Cullum wanted all the PCPD evidence from the night he was shot.

Britt and Lucas get drunk

Britt and Lucas sat down for drinks in her room above Bobbie’s, as decompressing from danger and chaos was in order. Lucas certainly wasn’t in a hurry to return to Wyndemere. When Britt received a text from Sidwell asking when she’s going to do her lab work, she asked Lucas to remind her why they couldn’t just tell Sidwell that Cullum killed Marco.

Lucas wanted to come up with the perfect plan to do it. However, Britt wanted to see the look on Sidwell’s face when he learned the truth. Lucas was sure that Sidwell wouldn’t even believe Britt if she told him. Britt conceded that Lucas was right, but she still had to be there.

As they talked things out, they realized that Sidwell would also blame her and Lucas, as Marco was stealing meds on their behalf. Britt also lamented that she should have somehow gotten herself out of completing Faison’s final project sooner. Lucas knew that Britt had no choice. She needed her meds.

Britt argued that she should just accept her fate and live with Huntington’s. Lucas disagreed. He still wanted to find evidence against Sidwell and Cullum. He was even more alarmed when Britt suggested she just leave town. Lucas wasn’t going to let Marco die in vain. She had to stick around to have access to her meds. He pointed out that Jason would never give up, so neither should she. Britt realized that she had to say, for Rocco’s sake.

Carly and Nina warn one another

Carly stepped off the hospital elevators, surprised to see Nina. She promptly asked her why she was there. Nina said she was checking on Jack, but Carly had more questions. She also couldn’t imagine how two healthy men had a stroke in the same living room three months apart.

Carly, who already knew that Nina had injected Jack with “Drew’s meds” suggested the house might have lead paint or black mold. Maybe Willow and Drew wanted to get things checked out. Nina accused Carly of using Jack’s stroke to take Willow’s kids again. She told Carly that dating her could have given him a stroke.

Carly announced that she and Jack had broken up, but she was going to get to the bottom of what happened to him anyway. Nina tried to keep her cool when Carly said she was going to push to have Drew and Jack’s blood tested to see if there was a link between their alleged strokes.

Nina thought that Carly should focus on warning Lulu that Valentin was back in town. Carly feigned shock and disbelief that Nina had been helping Valentin this whole time. She demanded to know where he was. Nina admitted that she only saw him when he showed up looking for Jack, but she didn’t tell the police anything.

Nina explained that Jack and Valentin had fought, which must have been what led to Jack’s stroke. Carly warned Nina that if Jack woke up in the same shape as Drew, the police would start investigating. She even surmised that Willow was the one helping Valentin. Why else would he be at her house?

Carly finally walked away, but Nina chased her. She was starting to put things together as she mentioned that Jack and Valentin were arguing over Valentin, of all people. She mused about maybe telling Cullum everything that happened in the Dawn of Drew living room.

Carly got serious and told Nina that she wouldn’t tell anyone that Nina mentioned Valentin. After all, they wouldn’t want the police to know she and Willow were harboring a fugitive. She also warned Nina to steer clear of Cullum.

What Luke would have wanted

In Laura’s office, Ezra lamented that Tracy was running a campaign against Sidwell’s helipad. He knew Sidwell wouldn’t like that at all, but Laura didn’t seem very concerned. When Tracy arrived, it felt like Marty was there, as he took the role of Tracy’s verbal adversary and Laura had to break up an argument between them.

Ezra did his best to argue against Tracy’s helipad injunction, while Laura tried to remain diplomatic and see both sides of the issue. Tracy was shocked to hear that Ezra and Laura were essentially on the same page when it came to the helipad. Later, Laura informed Tracy she was only appeasing Sidwell for the time being. She planned to get rid of him soon. Tracy wasn’t satisfied with Laura’s excuses.

Laura begged Tracy to trust her. Tracy thought about it and realized that was what Luke would have wanted, so Tracy agreed to drop the injunction.

When Brook Lynn arrived at Trina’s apartment to talk music, she was pleased to see that Gio was also there. She was further pleased when Trina told her she wanted to do the singing showcase that Brook Lynn had suggested. However, she would only do it if Gio accompanied her.

Brook Lynn had no problem with that at all, so she moved on to trying to quell Trina’s nerves. Trina was excited, but Gio had to chime in. He wasn’t sure accompanying Trina was a good idea. He worried that the people she was auditioning for would learn he was Brook Lynn’s son. What if it hurt Trina’s chances? Brook Lynn assured both of them that it wouldn’t.
