Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) has always had great instincts. She has a feeling that Adam (Mark Grossman) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) have been in Las Vegas for too long, and they might need some help.
Nick certainly does, as Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) has taken him prisoner. Adam could use assistance from Chelsea for a different reason. The longer he stays in Las Vegas as Spider, the further away from her he’s getting. On Wednesday’s show, watch for Chelsea to surprise Adam and Riza (Tina Casciani) in Las Vegas. Will she get there in time before Adam does something that alters his relationship with Chelsea forever?
The welcome Matt
Matt Clark has had it in for Nick for decades. Their rivalry goes back over 30 years. Nick ended up going to jail after Matt was shot by his ex-girlfriend, Amy (Julianne Morris).
Now, Matt has Nick in his clutches, and his plan to make him suffer is diabolical. Matt has threatened to get Nick hooked on painkillers until he loses all control of his life. Then, Matt plans to return to Genoa City and go after Sienna (Tamara Braun) and Nick’s loved ones, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Noah (Lucas Adams).
Nick is livid, but he’s also powerless — for now. On Wednesday’s show, watch for Matt to strike back against Nick. Can the Newman heir turn the tide and regain control of this deadly situation?
Psychiatric advice
Sharon may not be fully aware of Nick’s predicament in Sin City, but she’s got problems of her own in Genoa City. There was a time when Sharon’s daughter, Mariah (Camryn Grimes), was friendly with Devon Winters (Bryton James), but that all changed when Mariah got it into her head that she needed to kidnap Dominic (Ethan Ray Clark), the boy she carried for Devon and Abby (Melissa Ordway).
Fortunately, Devon and Abby were able to track Mariah down, and Dominic was returned safely to his family. Mariah was given a deal in which she’d get psychiatric help over jail time, but Devon and Abby aren’t so sure that that’s going to keep their son safe.
Not only did Mariah kidnap Dominic, but she also broke the trust she had with Devon and Abby. On Wednesday’s show, watch for Sharon to work to try to repair Devon and Mariah’s friendship. Will Sharon succeed, or will Devon refuse to forgive or forget what Mariah did?
