General Hospital ends the week with a desperate Rocco and Carly both needing help for the same essential reason. According to spoilers for Friday, June 19, 2026, Carly screams at Jack, Charlotte and Danny get a shock, and Lulu gets what she thinks is good news.
Jack Gets an Earful
Jack (Chris McKenna) seems to enjoy Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) company a lot more than he enjoys Carly’s (Laura Wright) company these days. Nina only wants to help him and bring him cheeseburgers, but Carly just yells. A lot.
This time, she is up in arms over Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) leaving Port Charles to see “Z.” Jack is shocked to learn Valentin got on a plane to do this and didn’t just call Z like he had suggested. Why did he think he had to do this in person? Now Valentin runs the risk of landing in Steinmauer again or worse.
Carly is also losing it over Josslyn (Eden McCoy). Jack got her daughter into this mess and he expects him to help her get Josslyn out of it. Jack can’t do much from a hospital bed, but can he give her any information that could help?
Rocco Needs Help
Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) is stunned when Rocco (Finn Carr) finally reaches out and tells her that he needs help. Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is very sick and he has to help her. Does he somehow want Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte to get a hold of her meds, which it turns out is actually saline?
Charlotte and Danny are both sick of sitting around doing nothing with both their fathers now fated for WSB prison thanks to Sidwell (Carlo Rota), so will Rocco tell them that his runner with Britt also has to do with Sidwell? Maybe it’s time everybody just gets on the same page.
Keeping Quiet
Lulu (Alexa Havins) is thrilled when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) tells her that Brick (Stephen A. Smith) managed to track Britt and Rocco to the Virgin Islands. They just have to pinpoint which one and find them. “Nathan” (Ryan Paevey) also brings Lulu intel, but what does he learn?
When “Nathan” asks someone if they have told anyone else, does he wonder if Lulu mentioned Rocco and Britt’s location? He has been trying to protect Rocco for months and is not about to stop now.
