On March 4, Candace Owens slammed Ben Shapiro for buying views and a Golden Globe Award. The former reacted to Piers Morgan’s X post. In his post Piers Morgan claimed that his show, titled Piers Morgan Uncensored, has become more popular than that of Ben Shapiro. Piers Morgan wrote:
“Amused to see @benshapiro being so snide about me today. Not sure what’s pissed him off so much – me being critical of the Israeli govt when it does things worthy of criticism, or @PiersUncensored becoming a more popular global show than his. Sorry, Ben!”
Candace Owens commented on Morgan’s post where she accused Ben Shapiro of buying views. She further added that he even attempted to buy himself a Golden Globe. Owens also said that Ben has spent money to fake relevance. In her comment, Candace wrote:
“And Ben literally buys his views and recently attempted to effectively buy himself a golden globe. I just don’t know how he isn’t embarrassed to carry on when everyone fully knows he’s spending money to fake relevance.”
Ben Shapiro recently criticized Candace Owens for her series on Erika Kirk
Candace recently came out with a docuseries, named ‘Bride of Charlie,’ which targets Erika Kirk. Owens has raised eyebrows about Erika’s role in Charlie Kirk’s assassination since his death on September 10 last year. Ben Shapiro has been critical of Owens for attacks on Charlie’s widow.
Therefore, Ben also reacted to Candace’s Bride of Charlie trailer. He referred to Owens as ‘true vampire’ in his podcast. Ben Shapiro said:
“Apparently, she is calling Erika Kirk; she has been calling Erika Kirk a lesbian pedophile grooming a 15-year-old… She has been suggesting for a while that TPUSA was complicit, if not in the murder of Charlie Kirk, then in the cover-up of the murder of Charlie Kirk. This is the stuff that Candace Owens has been doing because Candace Owens is a true vampire when it comes to conservatism and the conservative movement,” Shapiro said.
Owens dropped episode 1 of her series on February 26. As of this writing, the former Daily Wire host has released six episodes of her Bride of Charlie docuseries.
