Bunny Xo, aka Alisa Andrea DeFord, who is known for her podcast, Dumb Blonde Podcast, got married to musician Jelly Roll, aka Jason Bradley DeFord, in 2016. The couple are not only famous for their respective careers but also for their highly public marriage.
Bunny Xo and Jelly Roll are now separated and are getting divorced. Amidst her separation from Jason, Bunny Xo’s ex-husband, Frankie Lombardo, has hinted at an unexpected reunion with her.
Amid Bunny Xo and Jelly Roll divorce, Frankie Lombardo admits he still has feelings for his ex-wife
Before getting married to Jason, Bunny Xo was married to podcaster Frankie Lombardo. They had got married in 2009 and later divorced in 2015. However, they have stayed on good terms with each other ever since. Amidst Bunny Xo’s split from Jelly Roll, Frankie Lombardo has now posted several videos talking about her ex-wife fondly.
He has also stated that he’s open to a reunion with his ex-wife. Speaking to Page Six about Bunny Xo, Frankie Lombardo said,
“We talk every day,”
and that he
“wouldn’t say no”
to reunite with her and rekindle their relationship. He also said,
“She was the only woman who ever broke my heart. I feel like there’s a lot of unfinished business between us, but I might be the only one who feels that way. I love her very much. I will never do anything to hurt her. I don’t think that’s ever going to go away.”
Thus, it seems that Lombardo is open to a reunion with Bunny Xo, and it is evident that he still has feelings for her. The fact that Lombardo has said all this right after the news of Bunny Xo and Jelly Roll’s separation strongly suggests that he might be hopeful for a reunion.
Bunny Xo has not said anything regarding Lombardo’s statements, and thus we don’t know if the former couple will really get back together. Following Bunny Xo revealing the news of their separation and divorce proceedings, Jason has also publicly stated that they are on good terms. As Page Six reports, Jelly Roll has spoken about Bunny Xo, saying,
“Me and my wife are best friends. We will always be best friends,”
He added that Bunny Xo is
“probably be the only woman I will ever love the way I loved her”
Given how public their marriage was, there was speculation that either Bunny or Jelly Roll might have cheated or something bad happened which led to the couple’s divorce. However, Jason has clarified that,
“nobody cheated on nobody.”
The former couple are also expecting a baby and have decided to co-parent the baby together. Despite their differences, they have decided to stay good friends and give their future baby a proper family to grow up in.
Lombardo’s statements show that he is open to rekindling his relationship with Bunny Xo. However, since she is expecting a baby with someone else and hasn’t addressed or reciprocated Lombardo’s statements publicly, the probability of the reunion happening is lower.
