Here is the General Hospital weekly recap for episodes that aired from June 22 through June 26, 2026. Dante and Lulu followed Cassius’ tip to Tortola this week while Britt continued trying to keep Rocco safe. Meanwhile, Willow became the new focus in Jordan’s accident, Anna worked her way closer to home, and Charlotte and Danny learned how dangerous Cullum’s reach had become.
What happened on General Hospital?

This week on General Hospital, Cassius returned to Lulu’s place and told Dante and Lulu that Rocco was in Tortola with Britt. Dante questioned whether Cassius was setting them up or helping his sister, while Lulu pushed him for the address. Cassius insisted he had not encouraged Britt to leave town with Rocco and reminded them that he had helped Rocco the night Cullum was shot.
Cassius eventually gave them the address after Dante and Lulu promised they would get Rocco and let Britt walk away. Lulu then left Charlotte with Laura before heading out of town, but Charlotte overheard enough to learn the truth. Rocco shot Cullum, Jason took the fall, and Dante and Lulu were not bringing Rocco home. They were planning to take him into hiding.
Rocco’s secret spreads

Charlotte made things worse when she told Danny the truth about Rocco. Danny immediately thought Jason might be freed if the WSB knew what really happened, but Charlotte warned him that coming forward would only put Rocco in more danger. Danny did not listen for long. He went to the WSB, tried to get answers about Jason, and ended up in police custody after hopping a fence.
Alexis was called to the PCPD, where Cullum also questioned Danny about what he hoped to accomplish. Alexis covered by saying Danny was a worried boy trying to reach his father, and she said the WSB would not look good going after him. Cullum let Danny go, and Alexis warned him that Jason would never want him involved with the WSB.
By Friday, Danny went to Crimson and told Charlotte he had not told Alexis that Rocco shot Cullum. He admitted he had hoped to tell the WSB that Cullum was a double agent. Charlotte warned him that if Cullum knew he had that information, Danny could end up dead or worse.
Britt and Rocco face the end of their escape

In Tortola, Britt tried to prepare Rocco for what her future with Huntington’s would look like. She told him that when her condition got worse, he had to leave because she did not want him watching her die. Rocco resisted and said she deserved someone with her at the end, but Britt argued she deserved to choose how that end happened.
Things changed once Dante and Lulu arrived at the bungalow. Britt argued she had done everything to protect Rocco and said nobody else had been doing enough to keep him safe. Dante accused her of wanting more time with him for herself, and Britt admitted she loved Rocco and would make the same choice again.
Rocco returned with the medication Cassius had sent and explained that he had asked Danny and Charlotte for help getting it. Dante and Lulu wanted Rocco away from Britt because she had a target on her back, but Rocco argued Cullum could be after both of them. Britt then admitted she had been working for Cullum and told Rocco that the safest place for him was with his parents.
Willow gets pulled into Jordan’s accident

Willow had her own problems when Lucy went to the PCPD and told Detective Joe that Willow might have been near the scene of Jordan’s accident. Lucy claimed she had only remembered the timing after looking at her calendar, but she was really helping Brook Lynn by pointing the police toward another suspect. Once Brook Lynn realized Lucy had lied to the police for her, Lucy made it clear she expected payment and pushed for Deception shares.
At Willow’s house, Sidwell forced her to hide him while he worked on his own plans. He told her that if she turned him in, he would take her down with him. He also offered her more paralytic to keep Drew silent. Chase arrived to turn down Willow’s job offer, but Joe soon came by with questions about Jordan’s accident. While Willow spoke with Chase, Joe slipped into Drew’s room, and Drew blinked answers that implicated Willow.
Ultimately, Justine had enough to get a warrant for Willow’s vehicle trip record. Joe served the warrant at the Metro Court pool, where Curtis immediately pushed back and asked what proof they had. Joe asked Willow to come to the PCPD voluntarily. Willow said she had nothing to hide, though someone nearby was video recording the exchange. At the station, Justine accused Willow not of causing the accident, but of leaving the scene. Chase arrived to defend her, but Joe warned him that he was not helping himself by interfering.
Curtis and Isaiah remain at odds

Curtis continued to believe Isaiah was responsible for Jordan’s accident. At the pool, he told Joe to keep looking at Isaiah and asked what evidence tied Willow to the crash. Isaiah later interrupted and asked if there was another suspect now. Curtis accused Isaiah of letting another innocent person face consequences because he refused to admit what he had done.
Isaiah warned Curtis that if he disparaged him again, he would face assault charges. Brook Lynn also filled Isaiah in after Joe took Willow to the station and said that the police had a warrant for her trip log. Isaiah reasoned that if they had a warrant, they must have cause, and if they found proof, then Curtis would be wrong.
Anna tries to get home

In France, Anna gave her doctor exactly what she needed to hear. She claimed she had created an elaborate fantasy around Faison and the WSB and said she understood Faison was dead. The performance worked well enough that the doctor allowed her to call Felicia. Anna sounded stronger and asked Felicia to visit, while also asking her to tell Emma that she loved her.
Felicia, Mac, and Emma later visited Anna. Anna asked what was happening in Port Charles and explained why she had not wanted Robin involved in her recovery. She did not want to drag Robin back into memories of Faison, especially after Robin’s own kidnapping. The doctor told Mac and Felicia that Anna had improved, but they were still trying to separate reality from what could be paranoia or delusion. Felicia explained that Anna had lived a life where things that sounded paranoid could still be real.
Cassius keeps playing both sides

Cassius continued moving through several dangerous situations. At Wyndemere, he stole Britt’s medication from the safe, but Cullum had set a trap. Cullum later told Harker the theft proved Cassius had failed his test, and the medication Cassius sent to Britt was poison.
Joss remained trapped beneath Wyndemere and pressed Cassius to prove he was really on her side. She argued that if Cullum got his prototype working, he could use it to kill on a massive scale, and she asked Cassius to get her a gun. Cassius refused, and Joss questioned every broken promise he had made.
Jordan and Laura found a possible lead on Sidwell after going through Jordan’s old records. They discovered a property Sidwell had bought as a planned wedding gift for Marco and Lucas and realized he might have kept it as a safe house. On Friday, they told Cassius where they thought Sidwell might be hiding, and he agreed to check it out.
The Walls Closed In

At the PCPD, Justine revealed that the trip meter on Willow’s BMW placed her at the right place and time for Jordan’s accident. Chase told Willow she did not have to stay because she was not under arrest, but the new evidence made her situation much worse.
At Crimson, Charlotte was confronted by the man who had been following her. He told her she had to cooperate and go with him. Charlotte tried to stab him with a pen, but he was about to chloroform her when Danny rushed in and knocked him out. The two ran off together.
In France, Anna finally told Felicia what she needed her to hear. She insisted that Nathan was not who he claimed to be. Back in Port Charles, Jordan and Laura promised Cassius they would keep the possible Sidwell location between them. Once Cassius stepped into the hallway, he made a phone call and told someone they had a “Sidwell problem.”
In Tortola, Britt said goodbye to Rocco after giving him a bottle of bubbles, and Lulu thanked her for keeping him safe. After Dante, Lulu, and Rocco left, Britt prepared to inject herself with the medication. Before she could use it, the police burst in and arrested her for kidnapping, which likely saved her life.
