The General Hospital spoilers sneak peek video for Thursday, April 30, 2026, previews a whole lot of snitching happening in Port Charles.
Coming up on General Hospital

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) remains a basket case, as usual, waiting for the other shoe to drop, because it always does. When Liesl (Kathleen Gati) visits her daughter and tells her that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has been asking a few too many questions about Britt’s brother, Britt realizes that is going on.
Cassius (Ryan Paevey) already told her that Josslyn introduced herself and started asking about their father, so this sets off alarm bells in Britt’s head. We know she blabs a big secret this week and tells someone that Josslyn is not just a ditzy college student, and instead, a WSB agent. Does she tell Liesl or Cassius? And does Liesl know this man claming to be Nathan is really her othe son, Cassius?
Cryptic Josslyn?

Now that Joss realizes that her mother is not just harboring an international fugitive, but also sleeping with him, she is incensed and decides she has to use this information somehow. But why? Why would Josslyn immediately run to Jack’s (Chris McKenna) Metro Court room to tell him that her mother is cheating on him? Does she actually feel bad for Jack?
Does Josslyn explicitly tell Jack what Carly (Laura Wright) is really up to and with whom, or does she drop some very big hints that Jack may want to check up on his girlfriend. Who knows what he might find?
Meanwhile, Lucas wants to know more. He visits Carly and asks her to tell him what is really going on. Does he drop the bomb that he told Josslyn that she’s been cheating on Jack?
Around Port Charles

Ric (Rick Hearst) and Ava (Maura West) actually share scenes for the first time since she kept him locked in Alexis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) basement last summer with a ball gag in his mouth. Ric seems to have good news for Ava, so she is intrigued. Ava could use some good news after another run-in with Lucy (Lynn Herring).
And then there is Sonny (Maurice Benard), still plotting and planning with Ethan (Nathan Dean). Something tells us Ric’s good news and Sonny’s meeting with Ethan are related. And they are related to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
