Born Again Season 2, major star reveals

Matt Murdock’s complicated love life will get some more space in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, as we now know new details about his romance with Karen Page, thanks to Deborah Ann Woll. The actress revealed that the next chapter for Marvel’s series could mean some renewed energy for Matt’s love life and that the two characters will get even closer.

Woll spoke to The Direct about how Karen and Matt “are pretty much the only other person that the other one has left” as she talked about how their relationship is backed by “a dependence, and a reliance, and a support of one another.” Further she added,

“Look I mean, I think from where we left everything off last season, they have a really big job ahead of them. And I think, you know, Matt and Karen are both loners, and so they are pretty much the only other person that the other one has left. And so I think there’s a dependence and a reliance and a support of one another that you know will be interesting to see how that plays out.”

Season 2 also sees several familiar faces returning. Deborah Ann Woll is back as Karen Page, now playing a key role in Matt’s resistance, while Wilson Bethel returns as the lethal marksman Benjamin Poindexter, better known as Bullseye. Margarita Levieva, Nikki M. James, Zabryna Guevara, and Tony Dalton also reprise their roles.

One of the season’s biggest additions is Krysten Ritter, who returns to the MCU as Jessica Jones. It’s one of the most exciting parts of the new season and fans are gearing up for how Jessica will contribute to the season’s plot.
