A BELOVED discount deals store in the country’s southwest has confirmed it will close.
All products have had prices slashed ahead of the closure, with staff saying “everything must go”.

The store, on the corner of Swindon’s Havelock St, has been operating in the site that formerly held The Gate.
It offered customers a variety of products, from suitcases, to pots and pans, bags, kitchen appliances and more.
Staff told the Swindon Advertiser that the store was officially shutting up shop amid leasing issues.
With many items massively reduced to a third of their original price, signs have been plastered across the store and its windows, declaring the closing down sale.

One staff member said the store could be closing as soon as “early January”.
“We’ve had an issue with the lease,” they said.
The closure comes amid a string of other businesses shutting down in Swindon’s town centre, leaving numerous store fronts vacant.
Directly opposite the discount store lies a former Poundland, which has remained empty since shutting up shop in June.
A Poundland spokesperson said the closure had also boiled down to leasing issues.
Around the corner, Bodycare also closed its doors in September, and is still vacant.
Workers at the store in the southwestern British town were told to remove stock; however, were left in the dark for days as the national firm attempted to negotiate a deal that would help it avoid administration.
Another closure included Claire’s Accessories, formerly located inside the Brunel Centre.
The store has been left bare with signs directing customers to the company’s Swindon Designer Outlet store as an alternative.
Claire’s collapsed into administration in August, leaving more than 2,000 jobs at risk across the UK and Ireland.
The company filed for bankruptcy that month and closed multiple outlets across the country.
The exodus of stores from Swindon’s town centre has exacerbated growing concerns that trade is moving away from high streets and towards larger commercial shopping centres, such as Swindon’s Designer Outlet.
