The drama between Days of our Lives duo Xander and Sarah may be heating up a bit. The show has aged their daughter, Victoria, with actress Angelica Nero, and she’s making her DAYS debut on Friday, April 24. And that’s not all the actress is celebrating!

DAYS’ official Instagram account also welcomed Nero to the show, and according to the comments section, today is also her birthday!
“Let’s celebrate Angelica Nero on her 5th birthday today and give her a warm welcome to Salem,” shared @DAYSPeacock. “She makes her DAYS debut tomorrow as Victoria — Sarah and Xander’s daughter. 🎉🎂.”
The actress is getting a warm welcome and birthday wishes from her TV parents. “Happy birthday tiny!!! We adore you!!” posted Linsey Godfrey (Sarah). Added Nero’s TV dad, Paul Telfer, who plays Xander, “Happy birthday @theangelicanero !!! ❤️.”
If the name “Angelica Nero” sounds familiar to you, there are a couple of reasons for that. The DAYS newcomer shares the same name as a Dallas character, played by Barbara Carrera, who appeared as a “Bond girl” in the 1983 film, Never Say Never Again, which starred Sean Connery as James Bond AKA 007 for the seventh and final time.
This Angelica Nero is no dream season
In the 1985-86 season of Dallas, also known as the show’s infamous “Dream season,” Carrera was cast as the enigmatic Angelica Nero, an international woman of mystery, who drew Jack Ewing (Dack Rambo) and J.R. Ewing (Larry Hagman) into a drama involving Jack’s doppelganger, Dimitri Marinos, Angelica’s employer.
Travilla, the show’s costume designer that season, decked Angelica out in some sophisticated outfits. J.R. tricked Angelica in the season finale to confess to planning to kill him, which led to her arrest. However, Angelica left a bomb in her briefcase. One of the season cliffhangers was Sue Ellen walking into J.R.’s office just as the bomb exploded!
When Season 10 picked up, Sue Ellen was just fine because all of the events were explained away as a dream that Pam (Victoria Principal) had had, and the best part was that Bobby (believed dead), played by Patrick Duffy, was among the living once again!
Fans of #Xarah, the endearing “smush” name given to Xander and Sarah, want the two to get back together. So, Victoria may play a big role in that happening as her recent illness bonded the two and gave Sarah reason to reconsider Xander’s visiting arrangement with the youngster.
