The fourth season of The Industry is all set to drop this year, and a lot of new faces are joining the financial drama and it’s new run after Pierpoint & Co has been sold. With the main cast returning, the show has also added quite a lot of new faces, as we get into a newer, darker, more cutthroat premise of corporate life.
The highly acclaimed HBO show follows a group of young graduates who are fighting for their place in an investment banking company. Although the third season ended with the company being sold, the fourth season, as creator Konrad Kay has talked about, will give the show more creative freedom to explore life outside the company.
With less than a week until its release, here’s everything you need to know about who is returning on the show’s fourth run, and who else will be joining the competitive rat race.

What is Industry Season 4 about?
Following season 3’s explosive finale, the new chapter picks up after Pierpoint & Co.’s collapse, introducing a reshaped power structure and a wave of fresh chaos. With Pierpoint, who was one of the main characters of the show gone, it will certainly be interesting to see what route the show now takes. Kay spoke about the show’s fourth season in an interview with Variety, and what it’s like to have the corporation removed as he said that it has given the creators more creative freedom to explore spaces they had not before.
Director Mickey Down also quipped about how the new season takes darker turns as he added,
“But I honestly think there’s no point in doing anything if you’re not going to take a risk. I’m sure some people will be like, ‘What the f**k are they doing? It’s supposed to be set in a bank!’ But this show is whatever the f**k we want it to be.”
With Harper and Yasmin pulled into the orbit of a flashy fintech startup called Tender, the new season doubles down on betrayal, power plays, and morally messy survival in modern finance.
Industry Season 4 will be available to stream from January 11, 2026.
