General Hospital brings high-stakes drama as Josslyn and Rocco’s situations become more precarious. According to the new spoilers video for the week of May 18 to 22, 2026, Josslyn is ready to break free, Lulu is ready to escape, and Nina is ready to do anything to save her daughter, as usual.
Josslyn’s big find
As soon as Cassius (Ryan Paevey) locked Josslyn (Eden McCoy) in Anna’s (Finola Hughes) old room in the bowels of Wyndemere, we knew it was only a matter of time until she found Anna’s etching on the wall. We only wonder what the heck took her so long. Josslyn now knows that this is where Anna was before she ended up in France, but she doesn’t know where here is. She just knows that Cassius can come and go easily, so she must still be in Port Charles or at least pretty close.
Josslyn is also ready to make her move when Cassius returns. She uses one of her cool WSB moves to try to take him out, but that didn’t work very well the first time in her apartment, so we’re not sure why she thinks it will work now. Is Josslyn about to get herself in even more trouble?
Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) also works with a new cop on the block this week as Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) arrives on the scene. Will he help him solve this Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) case?
Lulu’s big plans
Lulu (Alexa Havins) decides she is not leaving anything to chance, but she is also not willing to send Rocco (Finn Carr) away without her. Instead, she will go with him. If she feels that the situation is getting too precarious for Rocco, she is ready to bolt. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is alarmed when he finds the passports, but there may be no talking her out of things.
Lulu might have more trouble with Rocco than she does with Dante, as it does not look like he wants to go anywhere.
Syringe time at General Hospital
Now that Cullum has determined that Jack (Chris McKenna) must not wake up, it’s up to Nina (Cynthia Watros) to make sure that happens. She doesn’t like doing it, but Nina is given another syringe and has to do Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) dirty work.
However, when she tries to inject the drug into Jack’s IV, his hand moves and startles her. Will she be able to give him another dose before he realizes what is happening?
